"Get out of my way Nerd!"

"Sorry," I mumbled, not looking up, as I hurriedly tried to get past the huge crowd in front of me, not wanting to be late for my next lesson.

As you can see, I'm not exactly what you call popular at my school. I get shoved, bullied and shouted at by people who hate me, which is basically everyone here, just because I am supposedly different........I was a Nerd in their eyes but that's only half the truth.......if only they knew!!

"Willow!!"

I turned my head to try and see who had just shouted out my name, and before I knew it a body collided into mine with full force, pushing me over and making me fall. I looked up to see my best friend smiling with her usual goofy grin with an apologetic glint in her eyes.

"Sorry," she laughed "need a hand?"

"Yah think?" I scowled, reaching out for her outstretched hand to pull myself up. "Thanks for that Jas, I really don't know what I'd do without you" I said sarcastically, pushing my glasses back, "now I'm gonna be late for class and we both know how much Mrs. Davies loooves for us to be late"

"Sorry," Jasmine said again with an apologetic smile, chuckling.

She looked like an angel with her cute little smile and even without it she'd still look like a super model with her long, honey colored hair, slim and tanned body and her kind, caring, and maybe a bit too hyper, personality just made her completely perfect. Her fashion sense was also amazing, everything she wore was always perfect, not slut like, but neither like me, who wears only baggy jeans, oversized t-shirts and sneakers. What she wore just always looked really comfy. Every guy we pass would always look twice and ask for her number, but the best thing about her is that she is loyal and her rule would always come first, 'sisters before misters',well actually her rule is 'hoes before bros' but let's keep it as the other one since I'm not really the type to swear, though I do say the odd one or two. That's what I love most about her she was always there for me no matter what, she'd always stand up for me if I was ever bullied. She was my best friend........my only friend since no one wants to hang out with the schools no.1 nerd!

"So, what's up Jas? Why the rush?" I asked, curious with why she was rushing.

She never usually rushes or runs, unless it's for sport, only strolled; I've only ever seen her running like a madman outside of gym class twice. First was to the sale of our favorite shop and second was to be the first in line for cake sales.

She opened her mouth to say something with an excited glint in her eye, I swear she looked a bit like a chipmunk about to burst into squeals, when just at that moment the bell rang.
