Laura POV

Since when did I think I would simp over men? well, I don't even know myself and how I got there. Secondly, why the fuck am I so awkward. I've tried and all that stuff about romance and love, but still can't get there. This is the day I should try sometime probably.

BEEP BEEP

My phone began to ring whilst I was mid session in a wonder world. Jack decided too call me? I always thought I was supposed too call him. 

Jack POV 

I called Laura hoping she would pick up, I needed too tell her about something I should've said earlier. "Jack, you good there?"  He heard Tommy behind the screen, "yeah! I'm good. Nothing happening"  I stare at my phone screen looking that it hasn't been picked up yet. "Come on Laura"  I say hoping it would do something good, "well fuck"  I stare at the screen seeing she didn't pick up. She must be doing something and will call me back later, right? I fucking hope so. 

Laura POV 

I didn't pick it up probably knowing it isn't that important. Well, I hope it isn't. I've been wanting a Cinderella story but it's never came too mind with people that I've liked but never shown it. I look at my screen thinking "should I call him? No surely not. Should I tell him? Fucking gosh just make you're choice Laura"  I texted him instead. "Jack, why did you call me?"  I texted looking if it was sent or not, I saw it was seen and he was typing, "I was gonna tell you something but never mind"  he spoke. "Oh, alright then. Bye jack :)"  

Jack POV

Hell too it. I just had too lie. Who else fucking knew? Well, only me of course. "Jack! Join the server I'm about too start the stream."  Tommy spoke "alright, hold on Tommy"  I speak too the 17 year old boy. "I am not!"  He hears Tommy behind the screen when I heard him. "What?"  I asked, "someone just called me a fucking piss boy!"  He yelled. I started laughing due too how mad the boy was. I read the chats seeing very weird things.

"Kim k scaring Katy perry by glasses... what?"  I say out of confusion, I join MC hoping Tommy didn't find my secret house. Suddenly I get hit by the blonde hair younger boy, "hey you cock!"  I yell.  "HA!"  He laughed out, "WAIT NO!"  The blond yelled seeing in my chat that he fell too high. "L"  Eret sent in chat. "HAH! Who's laughing now"  I scream In happiness. 

TIMESKIP

After a couple of hours of being live and being with Tommy for like 3 hours I finally ended the stream. "Bye everyone!"  I said ending the stream. I called Laura thinking she would still be awake. 

Laura POV

I wake up from a nap from a call from Jack. "What does this kid need now"  I say behind the screen. I've been moving backward directions really right now. If I didn't care what my friends did, I would've got quick, real, and in a kind mind. I would shine a diamond in repeat if I could. Fuck I need faster connections. I swear on my eyes, I always try. I stare at the song playing on YouTube currently, "4 MORANT - doja cat 1 hour loop"  I remembered why she wrote that song due too her dark times. "Shit, I forgot to call Jack back"  I look at my phone and exit out of YouTube, I called Jack knowing due too it being 1:56 AM he would be sleeping. He picked up? Well shit, bet we both got a bad schedule. "Oh! Hey Jack."  I say staring at the screen with a smile, "hi Laura!"  He spoke too my stupidity in not calling him back. He's a flower, I'm an ocean. "So, how are you doing?"  I ask, "good, just ended a stream."  He said making me smile.  "Oh, cool."  I said knowing he was probably playing with friends or a friend. "Jack, I gotta go now. Thanks for talking!"  I said while ending the call. 

That Jack guy has a way too my heart. I'm not joking here. Fucking seriously, it's a hell of a story. It's like my own Cinderella scene. I called Karl knowing he was awake due too how many cans of monster he drinks, "Karl! I called him today. He really has a way too be in somebody's heart."  I spoke too the brown haired boy behind the screen drinking a blue can of monster showing his black nails, "well, if you wanna go for him just do it! It doesn't take long Laura. I trust you"  the boy spoke. "You're pretty damn right, Karl. I might do it some day. I hope"  I said thinking in my wondrous mind "should I? No, definitely no. But at the same time yes, make you're fucking choice Laura. You can't handle rejection. It ends with a sigh if he does. Fuckin' hell"  I look at Karl. "Maybe you are right. I'll try again. I promise"  I spoke with my pinkie out facing the screen. I promise. That's what I said. Should I just tell him? No surely not. Hell, I'll try it out. Next time, probably.

TIMESKIP

It was the next day and I woke up too a blaring alarm. I closed my eyes and reached for my alarm and turned it off. Who thought I would've been this unorganized, well, I kinda did. I go downstairs and eat some of my leftovers from last night, the only shit I have in this house is food and anything else that would be in a house. I turn on the TV and start listening to music,  "baby, if I had a time machine, I'd go back too 1993 Maybe I would play with Kurt Cobain Maybe I would cruise all day Ride a longboard, foosball fates I don't care what anyone says Everyone is disconnected these days."  well, that explained a lot. Who would call me at 6 in the fucking morning
