"I'll call him if anything weird happens though...."

Gunhee and Heechul then arrive at the hospital and Heechul registers himself, all the while ignoring how the pain keeps coming in higher intensity. Once all the registration is done, he sits down and groans at the slight relief it brought him. However, the reprieve was short when his name gets called within minutes of him sitting down. Thankfully Gunhee is there to help him stand up but a few steps later, he suddenly feels an unbearable pain shooting through his belly and he would have fallen if not for Gunhee's stronghold. Grunting while holding his belly, Heechul panicked call-out when he feels something trickle down his sweat pants. "Gunhee... Gunhee ya... the baby seems to want to.. mngh.. come out....... now...... too much pain..... help me...." Heechul says as his legs fold under him and Gunhee starts to panic and calls for help. Heechul was brought to the labor room immediately. The pain Heechul feels now comes and goes but he can feel that the baby seems to keep sliding down and opening him up from the inside.

The doctor explains to Heechul that C-Section for him now is impossible as the baby's position is in a difficult position and it is better for him to push the baby out normally. Heechul had planned since the beginning for a normal delivery but seeing that it is actually a month and a week early makes Heechul quite scared. He tries to calm himself while the nurses and Gunhee keep him company. Despite all his worries and contraction coming at higher intensity though, Heechul keeps cursing at Gunhee, repeatedly saying don't even dare to call Leeteuk.

The nurse who is assigned to him and had been keeping tabs on his vitals suddenly announces "Mr. Kim you are now fully dilated." which cuts all his tirades and curses. Heechul who is already pale and drenched in sweat from the pain grunted out a sharp "What does that mean?" to which the nurse just replies "It means you are about to have a baby. Now on the next contraction, the Doctor will need you to push." As the Nurse explains, she dials for the Doctor to come to the labor room as soon as possible. As soon as the doctor arrived, the room breaks into a flurry of movements around Heechul and he pales even further.

"Gunhee ya I'm scared...... I want my Jungsyu...... Doctor, please save my baby no matter what" Heechul doesn't know if he is crying because he needs Leeteuk or because he is in so much pain or he is scared that the baby won't be safe. Sobbing, Heechul adjusts his position as instructed by the nurse, grunting when it is getting more painful, something he thought impossible. Gunhee glances at him in worry while he asks for permission from the Doctor to be in the room to record the birth of the baby's father. The doctor nods hurriedly before he focuses all his attention on Heechul. Checking him down there the doctor's eyebrows raise. "I see our impatient little princess wants to come out as soon as possible, I can already feel the head... You are really far along so this shouldn't take much. Please push as hard as you can when you feel the contraction, Mr.Kim."

Heechul holds the bar as an anchor when he feels the contraction builds up and it hit him Heechul gathers his strength and pushes as hard as he could and in doing so, he finds some of the relief he was seeking. "Ok Mr.Kim good, that is a very good push. Please keep doing that.. she is coming", Heechul cries out as he pushes again and again alongside the contraction. The pain is like nothing he had ever experienced before or ever want to experience again. Gunhee who is loyal at his side is worried about how Heechul's pain-filled voice echoes inside the room and he can see how much pain the other one is in. He really wants to help his best friend and make a joke comment to ease some of the tension but the words are stuck in his throat.

"We can see the head, Mr.Kim, I need you to do one big push.." the pain already makes him lightheaded and feeling faint but the next push makes Heechul feels as though he is being cleaved in two and ripped apart at the same time. It hurts so much that his attempts to scream only come out as a strangled cry that left him working to catch his breath. Then suddenly he felt his baby let go and slip free and relief washes over his whole being. "Our princess is here..." the Doctor's announcement sounds so far away but Heechul forces himself to be alert. However, he does not hear his baby crying, and seeing how the nurse quickly takes her away and crowds and her, covering the small body from Heechul's sight, causes him to panic. Heechul tries to lift his hand, hoping to know why his baby didn't and where is she but his voice is not coming out. Luckily the Doctor explains it fast. "She is okay, Mr.Kim the nurse will try to make her cry and put her in the incubator and we will monitor her properly.. she is safe and we will try our best to make her healthy", as Heechul hears it— he feels relieved beyond words. Smiling, he nods his thanks.
