Chapter 4

" Okay everyone clam down and please move out of the way " screamed two guys in black suit who looked like bodyguards, they were trying to disperse the crowd away from their boss's car as the crowd wasn't allowing him to come out of the car. Hearing the bodyguards say this, the crowd move apart making way for their idol to come out of the car " Li Dai Kun ! Li Dai Kun !Li Dai Kun ! " the chants of the said person's name resonated all over the place and the car door opened sowing a figure of a handsome man stepping out of the car elegantly. Coming out of the car he waved at everyone with a huge smile on his face, as he walked towards the entertainment's building where Simon and Zhehan were shooting.

Seeing Daikun walk inside the building, the staffs immediately rushed over to him " Daikun my sweetheart, how have you been ? " Daikun smiled and spoke in his ever soft tone " I'm doing good, just got better ~ " he hummed as he walked along with the staff, he looked around as he found the new drama poster hung all around the companies wall " Has the drama started already ? " he asked curiously, while the staff hummed " Yes it did, I felt so bad that you had been injured, it would have been so fun to see you act on the role of Jian ~ " he smiled, while Daikun smiled as well " Well I did everything to recover early, but what can we do right ? " he tutted as he walked to the studio in which the shooting was going on. He opened the door as the light shined upon him, like a solo spotlight, all the eyes were on him, some of them were happy and some of them were very happy.

" Daikun ~ " director Liu got up from his chair and went to hug his all time favorite star " How are you dong my boy ? " he asked looking at him making sure he was recovered well, Daikun smiled once again " I'm doing excellent Director Liu ~ " he smiled once again in his heart melting smile. Zhehan who was seeing the whole scenario looked at Daikun confused, he had a hunch of knowing him from before but wasn't able to recall who he was, he tugged his manager's shirt to make him sit beside him so that he could ask " Who is he ? " Zhehan said looking at the way of Daikun, while his manager recalled who he was and smiled " That's Li Daikun, the companies second most wanted star after Simon, he had been paired with Simon for numerous project and the fan base for them is so strong that he was originally casted for your role " Zhehan looked at him in a surprised manner.

" My role, you mean role of Jian ? " manager nodded is head " Yes, role of Jian, but due to unfortunate events he had met with a slight accident, which injured him pretty bad and he had to take a small MIA, since the production was dated to start at the right time, they had been on the look out for filling the role of Jian faster and that's how you had landed the role, so it's not unfortunate if you ask me, it's fortunate for us " manager Han said while handing him a bottle of water. Zhehan nodded taking the bottle from him still maintaining his eye contact on Daikun.

" So, Director  Liu, who is the one casted for the role of Jian ? " Daikun asked curiously with a smile never leaving his face. Director Liu smiled " Oh that would be Zhang Zhehan, he's an excellent actor, for a rookie he's very good " Director Liu praised him as he pointed to Zhehan and at a quick instant Zhehan looked away minding his won work. Daikun looked at the way Liu pointed and smiled as he bowed thanking him, he walked towards Zhehan with a big smile on his face " You must Zhehan ~ " he said in stern but soft voice, Zhehan looked at him and stood up " Yes, and you are ... " Zhehan acted as though he didn't know him, provided he didn't like to be known as a snoopy person, Daikun smiled " Li Daikun, nice to meet you Zhehan, Liu was all praises for you, I can see why " he said with smile.

Zhehan smiled " Thank you, actually I've heard a lot about you as well " Zhehan smiled, while Daikun sat making Zhehan sit beside him as well " I hope all good things though " Zhehan laughed " Oh believe me, you are very praised even though you aren't here " Zhehan smiled, Daikun smiled as well " Oh is it~ " just as they were talking Simon walked in the set and almost immediately Daikun got up and waved at him, but he didn't look at him as Simon's eyes had caught Zhehan as he waked to him mischievously, he scooted down beside him and whispered in his ears " Missed me ~ " and Zhehan slapped his head " Leave me alone jerk ! "  Simon laughed as he sat beside him and that's when he saw Daikun.

" Daikun! Wow ~ You recovered ?" Simon asked excitedly, while Daikun smiled awkwardly because of what had happened couple of minutes ago as Simon had ignored completely, " I'm doing good, You seem to be enjoying " Daikun asked with a tone of suspicion eyeing Simon and Zhehan back and forth. Simon didn't notice it, but nodded his head for Daikun's question " I love it ! With new crew, new storyline, new lead, I'm enjoying everything " Simon laughed looking at Zhehan when he said new lead, Zhehan rolled his eyes looking at his phone, while Daikun saw the expression by Simon and narrowed his eyebrows, Simon looked at his phone as he was getting late for shoot " Oh~ I'm getting late for the shoot, I'll talk to you later " he said getting up, while Daikun got up along with him " Okay, I'll see you later after the shoot, let us catch up for a drink ~ " Daikun suggested as Zhehan looked at both Simon and Daikun.

" Sure ~ " Simon said patting his head, while Daikun went in for a hug, Simon hugged him and left for the shoot. Meanwhile Daikun once again sat back beside Zhehan " You know... " Daikun spoke making Zhehan look at him once more " You know that Jian was the role given to me at first ? " Daikun questioned, Zhehan smiled to reply, but he noticed Daikun's expression had changed, it was more of a sadist type now as he was in his serious face with his smile now disappeared from his face. Zhehan nodded his head as response " And you also know that, you landed on it just because I had got hurt and they needed to fill it fast ".

 Zhehan got up " Excuse me ~ " he decide to leave the place since he clearly knew that Daikun was more than what he was trying to fake with a pretty smile on his face, but before he could leave Daikun spoke once again " I won't let you have it, neither the role nor Simon " Zhehan turned as he was now standing face to face with Daikun, only now Daikun was grinning in a most spine chilling way.
