You arrive in Australia, you hope that (Y/N) would be there. Unfortunately not, you will not see anyone pick you up. You sigh when you see Michael's Mother, Ashton's Mother, and Luke's Father. They all walk together to the cars. You pick up your phone to call a cab, but Luke's father stops you. "You can just ask me to take you home?"

"I know, but I don't even know if I want to go home." "Why that? I think your mother would be very happy to see you." Liz says. "Yeah, so glad she won't even pick me up." "I know you expected (Y/N) to pick you up, but she's at work."

"Work? She's still in school, right?" "No, she dropped out of school. She now works 40 hours a week to pay the rent." "Where does she work?" "She doesn't want to say that to anyone."

"Oh okay, I guess I'm just going to a hotel." "Come on Cal, let us take you home. Your mom must be babysitting Hailey." Luke says.

"Yes of course! Hailey has taken my place." Luke takes your suitcase and puts it in the car. "Luke, what are you doing?"
"I will not let you go to a hotel. You just go home." Luke says. You sigh and get into the car.

The car stops in front of the door. You get out and pack your suitcase. You walk to the front door.

you ring the bell, but no one opens the door. "She's not even home Luke." "You have the key, right?" Liz asks. "Yes somewhere in my suitcase." "I'll help you search." Luke says."Thanks, Luke."

After 3 minutes you have found the key. "Thanks, Luke." You walk in and put your suitcase next to the stairs. You take off your coat and hang it on the coat rack.

You walk to your bedroom with your suitcase. And put it on your desk. You lie on your bed. You look at the baby cot and you see a picture of your mother and Hailey hanging next to it. Below it is says Hailey Rea.

You hear the front door close. "CALUM?" "I'm upstairs." You can hear your mother running up the stairs. She hugs you and says. "I'm sorry I didn't pick you up. I had forgotten the time."

"It's okay, Liz brought me home." "Is this Hailey?" "Yes honey, that's Hailey. She considers me as her grandma." "What a beautiful baby she is. I don't understand that she doesn't have a father."

"I know, sweetie. Life is hard sometimes." "Where's Mali?" "She's babysitting Hailey at Hailey's house."

"Why isn't she here?" "Hailey's mom is working until 8:00 PM and then Hailey is already asleep. Mali comes home tonight." You nod. "Do you want something to eat honey? I still have lasagna? Mali brought a piece to eat at Hailey's." "Very much mom, I love your lasagna" "Come let's go to the kitchen."

Your mom is heating a piece of lasagna for you. She puts the plate in front of you. and you start eating. "Thanks, mom. It was super good." You kiss her. "I am going to take a quick shower." "That's good honey."

You walk upstairs and get your shower stuff. You take a quick shower and put on your sweatpants. You walk back to the living room and sit on the couch.

"Mom, how's (Y/N)?" "She is doing well, she has had to drop out of school and now works 40 hours a week." "Oh, where does she work?"

"I'm not going to tell you, honey, she doesn't want to see you until you go to therapy." "I don't need that. I want to give her money for the rent." "That's not necessary, she can pay for it herself."
