𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 way to the dining hall, Yuki observed the boy leading her. Chihiro had left, with a promise to come help later. Haku also held an aura of elegance and grace, and Yuki couldn't help but think that this spirit was similar to her.

"How old are you?" She asked, breaking the silence.

"1000, ma'am." Haku answered hesitantly, still looking straight ahead.

So Yuki became a spirit long before the boy. She pondered on why there was a sense of familiarity between him and her, but sighed and pushed the thoughts away.

"Is something of the matter?"

"No. Thank you." The female answered, as the two reached the huge door leading into the dining hall.

"Here it is. Please enjoy your stay." Haku bowed and left before Yuki could thank him again, so she simply turned and entered the room, remembering that she was famished.

After she had her fill, the spirit decided to head for the baths, and left

After she had her fill, the spirit decided to head for the baths, and left.

It was common knowledge that as a spirit associated with purity and coldness, she and her soul were clean. Unlike some water spirits whose rivers and lakes were polluted by human waste and garbage, Yuki was not an embodiment of anything, nor were there any waters that hosted her spirit. But it was still nice to feel clean in a large bath, and relax.

Many workers and lowly spirits bowed to her as she walked past, and one quickly went to help her take off the first layer of her flowing white robe.

"Sen?" Yuki called as she entered one of the bathing rooms. A large stone bath sat in the middle of the large room, and she stepped inside.

"Y-yes!" The human girl ran inside.

"You may fill the bath." Sen nodded eagerly, and the female spirit watched in amusement as she struggled to pull the string.

Yuki lifted up a pale and slender finger and brought it down, retracting her hand back into the water discreetly as the string was pulled on its own.

Sen swished her head back and forth in confusion, but shrugged as a large stream of water flew out from the opening.

"Ah.." The female spirit leaned back, sighed, and closed her eyes in content. "Thank you."

Bowing, the girl left quickly in happiness, glad that she didn't make a mistake.

"My lady?" The voice of Haku came from behind her, and Yuki opened her eyes.

"Hello."

"I just came to see if everything went smoothly. Do you need anything?"

Haku walked in front of the bath so he could face the spirit without her having to turn to him.

The female's white robes floated around her like a flower, and her midnight black hair flowed around her shoulders like streams of ink.

"No, thank you. However, now that you are here, I would like to talk to you about something."

"You do? What is it my lady?" Haku came closer.

"It is about the reason why I am here."
