Eddy felt empty without Brett, it felt like forever without Brett and he just wishes the week would went by faster.

Fortunately, his violin lessons were taking his mind off, he wanted to sound better when Brett comes back home.

Eddy sat in class, happy that tomorrow was the day that Brett told him they would come back home, he was feeling so happy that Brett would be in his arms again.

Maybe I should take Brett on a date this Saturday or maybe i should surprise him with a gift- Eddy smiled at his thought.

He was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard the teacher calling his name.

When he looked up, all eyes were on him.

"Eddy Chen, what were you daydreaming about?"

"Nothing, miss. I'm sorry"

"I know that your best friend is moving away but you should at least pay attention during class hours"

"I'm sorr.. wait what? Who's going away?"

"Brett, he's moving away to Singapore? Didn't you-"

Without waiting for her to finish, Eddy ran out. It was like he was being possessed.

He panted and he felt like he was gonna choke from all the running but he didn't want to rest. He has to see Brett now. Right now, he dashed towards Brett's home.

He finally reached Brett's home and he noticed the lights were on. He knocked frantically.

"Eddy, how are-"

"Mrs. Yang, are you guys moving away?" he panted out, eyes looking at Mrs. Yang for answers.

"Dear, looks like Brett didn't tell you. I'm sorry honey, but we have to."

"Is it for only a year? Its not gonna be long right? Right? You guys will come back right?"

"Brett's upstairs in his room. You guys should talk it out. I'm so sorry"

Eddy felt so defeated, he walked up to Brett's room, opened the door and saw Brett packing.

Brett paused his movements and was surprised to see Eddy. He didn't know what to say.

"Eddy.. i..."

"Follow me" Eddy commanded.

Brett was scared because Eddy looked so angry and frustrated and without saying a word, he followed Eddy out.

Eddy was leading the way and Brett just followed him, no words were spoken. Then Eddy stopped and Brett looked up, it was the playground.

Eddy faced Brett and to Brett, his face looked so dark.

"Why? Why didn't you tell me anything? When are you going to move?"

"I...i didn't know how to say it. Umm..Tomorrow..at... at 11 a.m, i swear i was going to"

"Tomorrow?!!! So, you were trying to move away without telling me??" Eddy voiced loud.

"No..No.. i was gonna tell you tonight..i was gonna come to your"

"Why didn't you tell me without lying to me? It makes me feel like i am nothing to you"

"Eddy, wait for.."
