It was now time for the next appointment and it was scheduled for 10am. 7am came and Payton woke up and went downstairs to make breakfast but going downstairs she ran into Calvin and Thomas who were in the kitchen getting ready to leave to go somewhere so Payton spoke up and said.
"Good Morning boys, where are you all off to so early. You normally don't wake up this early."
"Yeah your right but we have to go somewhere to pick up something before they sell it and the person who is selling it says they only have two left. If we go early we maybe able to get one." Thomas said.
"Okay understandable but why do two of you have to go to pick up one item can't one of you go. Or do you need a decider if you still want to get the item."
"Yeah a decider that is why Calvin is comimg with me. So why are you up early then."
"Well today as you may or may not know I am 20 weeks pregnant as of today and Michael and I have to go to get a check up on the twins. The appointment is not until 10am but I couldn't sleep and my back is hurting me so much and also the twins and I are hungry."
"Oh wow, I wish there was something that we could do to make you feel better. I know how you would want that. "Calvin said.
"Yeah I wish there was something I or that you could do to make me feel better but I would not put you boys through this pain of helping a pregnant person and besides you have to go and pick up your item before it is gone."
"Okay so I guess we would go and leave you then. I bet someone should be awake soon and help you."
So the boys left and Payton went to the fridge and got her breakfast which was sliced mangos with honey and water.
She got her breakfast and went and laid on the couch and started eating while going on her phone and scrolling through Instagram looking at pictures of her and Michael before she was pregnant. About an hour later Payton got woken up by Michael who put his arms around her neck and he kissed her on the cheeck.
"Good Morning babe, what are you doing up so early. You and the twins need sleep."
"Me and the twins were hungry so we had to get some food and my back is hurting so bad. While I was in the kitchen I saw Calvin and Thomas and they were getting ready to go out somewhere but they did not say where they were going. All they said was that they had to go now because where they were going they only had 2 more of the item they wanted and they needed a decider to see if they still wanted to get it. I think Thomas was buying the item and Calvin was there to see if it was actually what he wanted."
"Oh okay that's good because you know Thomas likes to buy lots of things. Let me go check if there is an ice pack you can use for your back."
Minutes later Michael came back with some frozen vegetables and Payton looked puzzled.
"Michael babe why do you have frozen vegetables in your hand. I thought you were going to get me an ice pack."
"Well we did not have any ice packs but we did have frozen vegetables so I am going to use them."
" Why are you using Thomas' vegetables he is going to want them later."
" UM it is okay Thomas won't be upset and he did say if you need to use an ice pack just get anything frozen so that is what I did."
Placing the ice pack on Payton's back made her feel alittle better. While doing this they were talking about how life would be like with the twins until Michael checked the time and saw it was 8:45am
"Babe I am gonna go to Dunkin and get a Charli Cold Foam. Do you want anything."
"UM cam you get me a Charli Cold Foam as well babe. Love you."
"Payton you know your not supposed to be drinking coffee while pregnant. The doctorn said it is not good for the developmemt of the twins."
As Michael said this Payton started crying and then she spoke.
" Why does this have to happen. All I want is a little coffee to wake me up and I can't even get that."
" Aww babe don't worry you will be able to have coffee after the twins are born okay, but for right now you have to listen to what the doctor says so we can have healthy twins. I will be back and you will be surprised trust me."
"Allright, I guess I can wait until after the twins are born."
After Michael left Payton went upstairs and got ready for her appointmemt. While getting ready Payton started throwing up and her back also started hurting again so she laid on the bathroom floor crying until Patrick and Vinnie came into the bathroom asking what was wrong why are you crying.
"My back is hurting really bad and I am throwimg up so much."
"Okay well just get dressed in some different clothes and then I will call Mia to come and stay with you." Patrick said.
"Wait isn't Michael supposed to be here helping you. Where is he."
" UM Michael went to Dunkin Donuts. He just wanted a Charli Cold Foam, he he should be back soon because we have to be at our appoitment in a bit."
" When is your appoitment by the way" Vinnie asked.
" Not until 10am it is only 9:15am now. I still have some time to get ready."
Coming back from Dunkin Michael got a call from Thomas asking him if Payton was around.
"No Payton is at home getting ready for the appoitment I am just going back home to pick her up and then we are going to the appoitmemt."
"Okay good and now my question is what color Land Rover Range Rover Sport would Payton like better the black and white one or the red and black one."
"Get her the black and white one. I just know she will like that. Who would say they got it for her when she sees it."
"Okay I kow you told me last week that Payton needed a new car a mom car and you also said that her dream car is a Land Rover Range Rover Sport and by the looks of that it is a mom car. This car is perfect for her and the twins. So since you told me she needed a new car you can tell her the that you picked out the car."
"Thanks man, I don't know what I will do without you."
Arriving at the house Michael went to the room and saw Payton laying on the bed talking with Mia about some girl thing until Payton looked up and saw him.
"Oh what is that you got there. Are you ready to go we want to get there early."
"Yes lets get going. Oh and this is hot chocolate I got for you. I know how much you like that.
"Mia we will talk later have to leave."
At the hospital Payton and Michael got checked in and went to the room where they saw doctor Henderson. During the check up he checked everything to make sure the twins were healthy.
"So far everything is looking good and how it should be. The twins are getting so big already. "
" When can we be able to know the genders."
Payton was curious as she wanted to start shopping for baby clothes already.
"Well right now the body parts to start determining what gender the twins are have not been fully developed yet so I can't tell yet. I won't be able to know until the next appoitment."
"Allright by the next appoitment I could tell you both."
"Okay great and can you give Michael and I some time alone please."
So the doctor left and it was just Payton and Michael talking.
"The twins are growing so much and getting so big just look at them. Soon they will be here. I wonder when we will get to feel them move. I want to be able to tell them things and feel them move."
"I guess soon though maybe by the next checkup all of these things will happen. As long as they are healthy now that is all that matters."
"Yeah you are right healthy twins is the main thing right now."
Payton and Michael had been talking for about 10 minutes until the doctor walked inside the room asking questions.
"Have you been having any problems or is everything okay."
"Well my back hurts alot and today before we came to the appoitmemt I had thrown up and that's about it."
"All of these things are normal so mothing to worry about. Your back paims should go away very soon as well as the throwing up. By week 24 you should be full back to normal. "
"Oh I umderstand I just wanted to get that all cleared up."
"Okay now let's get you measured. Wesow look at that."
"What is it, is there something worng."
"No nothing is wrong everything is perfectly fine. Your just measuring bigger than you should be but that is normal for women of multiples. Well that is it for now and I will see you back her at 24 week. These are your ultrasound pictures."
"Thanks for everything."
Leaving the hospital Michael and Payton went out to lunch and had a great time talking about the twins and if they should start buying baby clothes or not.
After lunch they went home and Payton fell asleep in the car. So Michael went to carry her to the room but he was unable to because she was heavy. So he asked Thomas for help and Thomas mamaged to lift her and take her to the bedroom.
Waking up 3 hours later it was 5pm and Payton scanned the room and noticed that she was at home in her bedroom so she picked up her phone and called Michael.
"Babe where is everybody and where are you."
"Everybody is downstairs, I am lifting weights with Thomas and Vinnie is streaming on Twitch."
" Oh Okay, you can get back to doing what you were doing.
Going downstairs Payton went outside and saw Thomas and Michael lifting weights so she decided to spray them with the hose since they did not see her. Minutes later the hose sprayed them and they got all wet and then Michael screamed.
"Babe what did you do that for. Thomas and I are working out. Please stop."
"Okay okay sorry"
"Your sorry okay, wow your going to get it you just wait."
Minutes later Michael got the other hose turned it on and it wet Payton all over and she was so mad.
"MICHAEL SANZONE LOOK WHAT YOU DID TO ME. YOUR GOING TO GET PAYBACK FOR THIS."
After Payton turned aroud she eneded up missing Michael and wetting Thomas all over again. He ended up wetting her but not as bad as Michael did. Thomas eventually said to stop wasting water so he told Conner to turn off the water and bring three towels around to the garage , which he did.
Arriving towards the garage Payton saw the Black and White Land Rover Range Rover Sport and instantly screamed.
"Wow whose car is this. I bet Thomas spent more money on buying a new car again."
"Nope, this is all Michael. He bought this car."
Payton turned to Michael and said "So you spent momey on buying a car when we need baby items."
"Babe I did this all for you for you. This car is all yours. I know you needed a car for you and the twins so I spent money and bought this car."
"Awwww Michael you shouldn't have your the best boyfriend ever. I love you so much." Payton said as she hugged and kissed Michael.
Later that day all of the Hype House crew went out to dinner and they enjoyed themselves.
