It was 2am Payton and Michael were sleeping when Payton woke up to the twins kicking and her having contractions so she went downstairs and got water then came back upstairs went to the bathroom and tried to splash water on her face.
Going into the bathroom Payton got the worst contractions which caused her to scream and cry in pain causing Michael to wake up and see what was wrong.
"Payton babe what is it are you okay."
"No Michael I think the twins are on there way. We have to go to the hospital."
"We can't go now you are not supposed to have the twins now."
"Michael just let's go get the diaper bag and our things. First call Thomas so he won't be worried as to where we are."
Michael did that he called Thomas but he was not happy.
"Hey Michael what do you want. Why are you awake now go back to sleep."
"Thomas I wish I could go back to sleep but I can't my fiancé is....
As soon as he was about to finish talking Payton got another strong contraction which caused her to scream in pain.
"What is going on is that Payton I hear is she okay ?Why is she screaming?
"Payton is ready to have the twins okay we are going to the hospital."
"Okay call when they are here."
At the hospital Michael got Payton checked in and they went to the room. Payton was still in pain. Minutes later the doctor came and checked on her to see if things were okay.
"So it look like to me you have dilated 3cm but I am going to give you something which should stop the contractions until you are full term. After I give you them I will have to monitor you for a bit in case the twins do come today."
So the doctor left the room and all Payton could do was cry thinking how she was not ready to be a mother and if her twins were going to be healthy if they were born today.
Minutes later the doctor came and gave Payton the medicine which should stop her contractions.
"Now you have to stay here so you can be monitored. I am going to come back in 30 minutes and check on you and to see if you have dilated any. If you have dilated when I come back you will be staying here."
As time went by Payton could feel the contractions getting worse and all she could do was cry. Michael comforted her the best way possible and told her not to worry.
When it was time for the doctor to come back Payton had gone to sleep and Michael woke her up and after the doctor checked her and said that she was only 3 1/2 cm dilated so she could go home but if she feels contractions starting again to come back as soon as possible.
Later in the day it was 12pm and Payton had just woken up and checked her phone while Michael was laid beside her watching Jane The Virgin on Netflix when Thomas barged in the room and said let's go to baby shopping now we don't have much time before the twins get her and you all don't have everything you need other than one crib.
"I guess you are right we could go shopping today for the twins. I mean I have an Amazon gift list set of things or similar things I want for the twins but because Michael here maxed out his credit card buying the one crib we kind of have no way of getting any baby supplies and these twins look like they want to come sooner than we had planned." Payton said.
"Like I said before whatever you all need for the twins I can get for you it won't be a problem. "Thomas said
"Okay well let me get ready and I will meet you downstairs. Give me about 30 minutes."
"Wait UM, what is your Amazon name so I could see your list you did for the twins."
"So if you go on Amazon and type in my name Payton Holder you will see a section which says Wishlist for twins. Everything that you see is what I am trying to get for the twins."
So Thomas left the room and both Payton and Michael got ready. As soon as they were ready they headed downstairs and went with Thomas to buy the items for the twins.
At Buy Buy Baby Michael was in shock he could not believe what he saw all of the things that you could buy for a baby. So they all started looking around at things until a sales lady named Bianca came up to them and asked if they needed assistance. Payton gladly accepted the assistance and followed Bianca in helps to get her everything she needed.
