love and lost.

How it all started.

Ryder jones and harry lewis had known eachother practically all of their life. The pairs parents being bestfriends since as long as they could remember and this came with many benefits, family holidays, day trips, sleepovers, bbq's and of course sunday the day both of the family's got together each and every week whilst harry's mum and dad slaved away in the kitchen making they're famous sunday roast.

Harry had moved to london a couple of years before ryder decided to join him as she wasn't ready to move away from Guernsey just yet as that meant leaving her boyfriend Noah. Harry didn't like noah that much he was always in and out of trouble at school and harry knew she could do way better than him but everytime he mentioned something it would turn into an argument and harry hated arguing with ryder.

Once ryder had graduated from college she came and joined harry down in london as her university course was down there, She quickly moved into the 3 bedroom apartment harry shared with his best friend callum or as his friends called him "freezy". The trio quickly became super close spending every moment they could together and spending many nights getting drunk or staying up until the early hours of the morning just talking.

Noah came and visited Ryder as much as possible the pair always booking a hotel each and every time he visited as the boys weren't very keen on having him in their flat for a week or two. Even tho this really pissed off Ryder from time to time she always respected the boys wishes because after all they had given her a roof over her head.

The pair even tho living together don't see much of eachother as they wish with Ryder being super busy with her veterinarian course and Harry filming or streaming most days it was almost impossible to plan things ahead.

Harry would lie if he didn't say he had a small
soft spot for the girl he had been with her through every heartbreak and had beat up many of her exes who had treated the girl wrong, he found himself constantly wanting to protect her and keep her safe even when he was in a serious relationship of his own he some how felt like he was leaving the girl out.

The boy had recently been through a breakup with his relationship of 5 years sadly they just wasn't able to do long distance anymore and harry really had no idea how the girl coped without seeing noah for months on end. Ryder of course had been with harry through the whole breakup and was always a shoulder to cry on they spent many nights cuddled up on the sofa drinking vodka redbulls and listening to sad songs.

These two were really two peas in a pod.

AHHH first chapter! i know this is really short i just wanted to put a small back story on the friendship out there!
