Mr. Park concluded the ceremony by telling us that we have our monthly evaluations on the 30th. Jisung, Lia, and I have just over 2 weeks to get our evaluations ready.

Here's how monthly evaluations work: Every month, we have to perform in front of Mr. Park, our dance, vocal, acting, rapping, and producing teachers, and the executives. They all grade us and give us a score out of 100. If you get a 50 or below, you get a strike. 3 strikes and you get kicked out. For most months, you can showcase whatever you want. Sometimes, Mr. Park can give you a certain position you need to cover for your evaluation. Every 4 months, we have group monthly evaluations. We are placed in a group and can cover any Kpop groups song. This is how it works at JYPE, at CUBE you get under a 60 and you're cut; there's no strikes. (Hopefully this made some sense?????) This month is a solo evaluation, next month is a group one.

Then, we all rushed out of the auditorium to go to our next class. "Wow, did you hear the boy who had this deep ass voice??? I think he's a foreigner, I could kinda tell from his accent," Jisung commented. I knew who Jisung was talking about, there was this boy with black hair, chubby cheeks, and small hands. (HOPEFULLY YOU KNOW WHO IM TALKING ABOUT HFGHGF) "Jeez, we've been here for over an hour and you're already gay panicking over a guy you don't know? That has to be a record," I teased. "Please like I didn't catch you staring at that girl with extremely long black hair. YOU TOO LIA, you were staring at that girl with long hair and bangs," Jisung fired back, rolling his eyes. "I DIDN'T ASK YOU TO CALL ME OUT LIKE THAT!" Lia screeched. "I'm just gonna pretend I don't know both of you and go to my classes," I added before running away. I heard Jisung and Lia yell "NINAAAAA'' but then gave up after realizing that they have to go to their classes too.

I looked at my phone for my schedule. We have day 1 and day 2, each day is a different schedule and we alternate between them.

Today is day 1 and it's 9:50am. I rushed to rap with Mr. Seo in Room 4E. Once I got there, Mr. Seo told me to introduce myself. "Hey, I'm Nina! 16, from Canada. Nice to meet you!" I greeted. Mr. Seo told us to write a rap and perform it. I sat down and started writing. I immediately recognized the girl I was sitting next to, the girl with extremely long black hair. She said to me, "Hey Nina, I'm Chaeryeong, Lee Chaeryeong!" She caught my eye because of her clothes, her plaid beret is so pretty, she's stunning too hello??? "Nice to meet you Chaeryeong!" I responded. Okay,,,,,, maybe I'll make a friend or two. I grabbed my notebook out, the one with all my lyrics. There is one rap I'm proud of, but I don't know if I'm allowed to use a pre written rap. As I was having these thoughts, Mr. Seo called my name. "Yes?" I answered. "Can you please come over here?" He asked. I nodded.
