When Two Worlds Collide

Finding the right horse for levi (4/26/21)

Just like any other day I woke up to sunlight peeking through my white curtains and gently kissing my face. The birds were quite lively today as well I wonder if they are building a nest I'll have to check for one later.

I want Levi to be able to go ride with us but he doesn't have a horse so I'll have to buy him and his friends one, I don't mind much since I do have a lot of money.

I got up and ate then I went got dressed and searched on my phone for horses for sale, there was a lot I messaged all of them and thankfully half said we could come to check out the horses any time I just needed to notify them when I show up.

Happy enough I got my shoes on and went out to uma he was happy today and probably hungry so I gave him a bit of his feed to hold him till dinner, I then loaded my horse trailer up and took off to Levi's place.

Once I was there I knocked on their door, Levi answered it "oh it's you bushy brow" ouch why did he have to say it like he was disappointed.

I brushed it off "can I come in?" He nodded and let me in Isabel and farlan were eating bread as usual but smiled when they saw me. " what brings you here Erwin?" "Well you guys are gonna go pick a horse and ride in the mountains with me and my other pals" farlan and Isabel looked at each other then Levi, "I forgot about that" Levi spoke, "you guys wanna go!?" I asked excitedly they nodded and dragged Levi out of the house following me to the car once everyone was in we took off.

We arrived at the first house the owners invited us to take a look, the first horse was brown he jumped up when Levi came near him and started nipping trying to hurt Levi however it seemed to like farlan, he was able to pet the horse.  After a few minutes of Farlan and the horse playing, he decided he wanted him so we paid and loaded the horse up. "Next house!" Isabel shouted.

After two more houses, Isabel found her horse it was silver and he was also playing with Isabel last horse to find was one for Levi it was only 1:00 in the afternoon still early before we go ride. We stopped at the next house and like before we were shown around though Levi noticed something I turned my head to look where he was staring and it seemed like his eyes were on a black horse. The owner tried getting our attention back to the horses that were in an arena but none of the horses noticed or like Levi he sighed annoyed "what about the black horse?" The owner paused "you mean the one locked up?" Levi nodded the owner seemed to get nervous "well that horse um he is too dangerous to sell you see that's why I showed you these lovely horses" Levi tsk and walked over to the black horse,  Levi reached his hand over to the horse nothing happens the horse moved its head over to Levi for him to pet.

The owner looked shocked "he never acts like this how strange" the horse was taller than Levi so the horse bent his neck forward to where Levi could reach it better "we'll take him" the owner seemed hesitant but agreed
After we loaded up everyone horse we headed to a shop for animals, we looked for and paid for everything the horses will need we then left and head to my house where I taught everyone how to ride a horse Levi got the hang of it pretty fast but since they are new to horses and riding we made the lesson short so they could still ride later. We ate and left when the others arrived. We made it to the mountain everyone was excited I think I even saw Levi smile a bit.

Levi pov)

When bushy brow showed up to the house I forgot all about the riding thing before I could say anything Isabel and farlan dragged me out of the house and into bushy brows white truck. We left and visited a few houses we were gonna choose a horse and bushy brow would pay for it, I don't agree to the idea of it but he didn't leave me any option.

After a few horses, I was already getting irritated none of them liked me and tried to bite me every time I would reach my hand out to them. How annoying Isabel and fallen already found their horse,  this felt like the last house for me I didn't want to deal with this anymore. We were shown around and again the horses still didn't like me, I was ready to give up but a black horse caught my eye. I couldn't take my eyes off of him he was black as night and tall you could see the muscle it had.

"What about that one?" I began to walk over to the horse "you mean the one locked up?" I nodded my head
  "well that horse um he is too dangerous to sell you see that's why I showed you these lovely horses"

I tsk and continued my way to the creature, I brought my hand out to him he didn't flinch he only sniffed and brought his head closer to my hand. There was no nipping and no sign of anger or aggression. "Well take him" I heard busy brow say he sounded pleased with the response of both the horse and me.  We loaded up the horse and bushy brow brought us to a shop to buy things the horse needed after that we went to his house I have to say bushy brow house was huge!

Bushy brow then showed us how to ride the horse and direct the horse the way we wanted I picked up on it fast while Isabel and farlan struggled maybe this really will be fun. When the others arrived we all took off to the mountain where they wanted us to ride on the way up I felt a small smile form on my face.

(I hope you like today's chapter next chapter will be when they go on their ride!! I have to say when my mom was going through cancer and finished her treatment a horse was what helped me get me. threw the trama and everything that came. with it so.im.happy to write this and the following chapters that have to do with horses.))
