I should have stayed in bed

Daredevil's POV

I jumped from roof to roof patrolling. I herd some fighting taking place in a werehouse below me. I jumped in through a window and landed. It was the Avengers fighting the Mandarin.

"Hey, Horn face! Nice of you to join us!" Tony yelled, shooting the Mandarin in the chest, he fell to the ground. "SHIT! Did I kill him?"

"No, he's unconscious. Now, mind telling me why your in my city fighting the Mandarin?" I asked them,

"He escaped from prison and we found him here." Hawkeye explained,

"Tis right!" Thor yelled.

"Yeah, your welcome," Tony remarked,

"Did I say thank you?" I asked him, Tony can really be an ass at times.

"Well, we should get going as-" Captain America was saying, but I was listening to the police scanner. It said there was a group of men attacking Nelson and Murdock. Great.

"Daredevil?" Tony yelled in my face, waving his hand.

"Get out of my city, I've got work to do." I told them, they ended up just following me. I listened to 'see' what was going on in there and how many people were in there. Fifteen people including one hostage.

"What's going on Daredevil?" Cap asked,

"A law firm is being attacked, there's one hostage." I told them, I was hoping that Karen and Foggy were safe.

"Let us do this," Black Widow said,

"Aye!" Thor agreed, I sighed and looked at them,

"You do know what 'Get out this is my city' means, right?" I asked them in an annoyed tone. Then I herd Foggy,

"Matt! If you can hear me you probably already know that the firm is under attack by someone, I'm being held hostage. There-"

"Shut up! Who you talkin' to lawyer man?"

"Just myself,"

"Daredevil? See this is why you can't be a hero, this and your methods." Tony explained,

"Look at your team members before me! I never kill!" I yelled at them jumping off the roof before the firm. I landed on the roof of the firm and went down the fire escape. I entered through a window. I fought three guys, a punch here and a kick there. I finally made it to where foggy was. I herd a guy coming up behind me. I grabbed his arm and threw him over my head. He was definitely knocked out, another guy came at me and I punched him in the face, his nose cracked and I kicked him in the stomach, he went threw a wall. Another thing we'll, no I'll have to find money to pay for it.

"M-Daredevil! That wall cost money!" Foggy yelled at me,

"I'll pay for it," I said flipping over a man while kicking another man.

"Don't worry about it! I can pay for it." Tony said, shooting a man with a repulser ray.

"Didn't I tell you to leave?" I asked them, Cap untied Foggy.

"Come on Daredevil, you can share the city for one night." Foggy told me with an edge in his voice.

"Fine, but don't make this a habit." I glared, though I don't know who I glared at. Then I herd a crash, a man shooting and a woman yelling, no Karen yelling. I walked to the window and looked out it. Well, not necessarily looked but,

"Hey Red!" Frank yelled,

"Hi Daredevil!" Karen yelled, "Is that the Avengers?"

"Holy shit, I think it is!"

"Fans of yours Horns?" Tony asked,

"You could say that," I replied,
