I jerked up with a start, almost knocking over the wooden chair was bound to.

I tried looking around, but when I turned my head, I felt a burning electrocute.

I looked up to see a plug stuck to my forehead. The same with Luna and Kiki.

Their eyes were glazed over and glassy, it looked like they were knocked out.

Then something across the room caught my eye.

A dark figure chained to the wall, burnt and scratched.

It was Kevin.

A rush of anger surged through my blood. I could tell that his father had done all this cruel to my friends.

In the center of the room was a glass container, filled with a strange, bubbling liquid. It was rushing with lightning and flames, the capacity rising gradually.

My blood boiled, and rain came pouring down outside, clouds covering the sky in a dark gray blanket.

The container surged, and exploded. The liquid pouring everywhere.

The concrete floor started to burn.

Kiki, Luna, and Kevin woke up, looking around to see the acidic solution seep across the floor towards them.

We tore off the plugs stuck to our foreheads, and ran towards the door.

I heard a shrill cry, "Don't forget about me!!!"

I turned around, seeing Kevin, who was bound to the wall.

The liquid had rose high enough to touch one of his chains, and an electric shock went through the chain, and through his body, sending a chill down my spine.

The acid melted his bottom chains, but it rose, faster and faster, almost touching him.

My blood surged through my veins, and the liquid calmed down, shifting away from him.

As if I could control the liquid by my will, a gallon rose from the pool of acid, and it melted the rest of his chains, and we made a run for it.
