Yesterday was a stressful day. Not in a bad way, but in a way that panicked me for life.
Ding dong "Huh? what was that?" I said as I stood up from the couch.
I was hoping it was my parents, my brother's teacher, my friends, anyone really.
As I opened the door I saw the mailman, with a package in his hand. He looked up from the clipboard in his hand and said, "Package for Kiki?"
"Oh that must be my package." I thought to myself as I slowly nodded. "Yea, thats me." I said.
He then handed me the clipboard in his hand, with a pen, which meant I had to sign the paper, pinned down to the clipboard.
I took the clipboard and signed with my name. After I did that, I gave it back and he gave me the box in return. I waved goodbye while he waved back.
I went back and locked the front door, taking back the package to my room. I sighed. Knowing what was in the box.
"Well, a promise is a promise." I said as I slowly took a small dagger from my desk, as I threw it up in the air as practice for my knife throwing.
I practiced with knives for months and I decided to try knife throwing. It seemed fun and it was what the myths told.
As I caught it with my right hand, I used the small dagger to open the box. I took a little peek inside to see some lace of black and white.
I took out what was inside the box and not to my surprise, it was a maid dress.
I took out everything and laid it on my bed. there was the dress, some kneecap high socks, and some cat ears.
"this is going to be so humiliating-" I said as I put my head in my hands.
"I guess I have to wear all of this tomorrow for the stream." I put everything back in the box and then the box underneath my desk.
I decided to take a nap since I haven't gotten any sleep from editing a video that I posted that previous afternoon. I laid down in my bed and my eyes slowly drifted off to sleep.
