~Y/n P.O.V.~

After we showered yesterday, we ate dinner and went straight to bed. Finding out that she...cut herself was quite unexpected. I didn't think that she would ever do that... I will prevent the next time.

I woke up 10 minutes before my alarm did and I, for the first time, noticed that Miu was awake as well.

"Good morning, Miu." I said as I smiled softly towards her direction.

"Ughh good morning." She said as she closed her eyes again.

"Still tired?" I asked her.

"Well yeah, duh. Of course I am."

"Well we still gotta go to school though-"

"Ughhh can't we just skip school for today?"

"Only if you buy me food and pockys."

"Ugh. Fine." She said as she rolled to the side and covered herself with the blanket again. Cute.

After some time of me trying to get her out of the bed, she finally got up. She frowned again and went to the toilet. I snug up into the blanket again and closed my eyes, breathing in Miu's scent.

Without even knowing, I fell asleep even though I forced Miu to wake up. Without knowing, she snug up into the blanket as well, cuddling onto me. And like that, she fell asleep as well.

A few hours went by and I woke up in a empty bed. No Miu in sight. I stood up, walking downstairs to see if she was there. She wasn't.

I started to panic afterwards, I didn't know why but I just did. I called Miu on her cellphone.

Beep... beep

"Hey Y/n. Is something wrong?"

"Miu where the heck are you? You didn't even leave a note or woke me up.."

"I'm so so sorry Y/n. I woke up and remembered that you wanted food and pockys so I decided to quickly buy them. I'm on my way home right now anyway. Don't worry."

I let out a sigh of relief. Why did I bother that much anyways-? It's not like she will just leave me...

After a few minutes, Miu arrived. She was standing there with a few bags of food and lots of pockys. I saw that the food were indeed sushi.

Miu let down the food on the counter and we decided to eat it outside. Today was a was a great day after all those grey days with clouds.

We sat down near a cherry blossom tree, since it was April they were all tinted in beautiful pink blossoms. As we sat there and ate the delicious food, a nice, warm wind blew. Everything seemed just perfect at this point. After I finished eating, I took a pack of my pockys that Miu bought and laid down, eating one after another.

After some time, Miu finished her food as well. She came over to me, bowing her head over mine. She looked quite serious, I wonder why?

"H-Hey Y/n. There is something I need to tell you."

"Yeah-?" I felt my heart beating faster. Was it nervousness?

"Well...how should I put this..."

"We've been friends for half of our lifes, and you were always there for me. Back then when you stood up for me because of those bullies up until now... and..."

I sat up to look Miu directly into the eyes.

"I feel like I have a deeper connection with you. Something that... goes ahead of friendship. More than best friends. More than just 'it's like we're siblings'...

I... I love you, Y/n. It might be weird since this is something between a girl and another girl... and I can't tell if you feel the same way... but..."

"Would you be my girlfriend?"

I was frozen in place. I didn't know what to say. Neither did words come out of my mouth. But I saw that Miu slowly got nervous, she needed an answer.

So I kissed her. This time on the lips. They are as soft as they look like and it's like time has stopped. Everything froze in our surroundings. The blossoms didn't fall anymore, the wind wasn't blowing anymore.

After some time I pulled away from the kiss and said,"I love you too, Miu. I would love to be your girlfriend."

Miu teared up at the response, she probably didn't really expect that. I'm glad she made the first move though, the surrounding and everything was just perfect. This was just like the cherry on the cake. I've never been this happy in my life. The joy that I'm feeling at the moment can't be compared to everything I've lived before.

"Y-You really d-do-?" Miu asked me, quite in disbelief.

I nodded,"Yes, I do."

Today me and Miu got together. We're actually dating now.
