After Lupin finishes, he regains his higher brain function, If it's a one night stand he will make sure his lover feels thoroughly satisfied ( he does have a reputation to keep up as both a gentleman and a Cassanova) but he often can't stay long given that he's always on the run, when they wake up they'll find one of his signature notes thanking them for a wonderful fun time.
If it's a serious relationship however there will be lots of snuggles and cuddles. He loves holding you close after sex- he'll wrap you up in a hug and give you soft kisses, while he whispers sweet loving things. Sometimes you'll both just enjoy the comfort of being close until you fall asleep in each other's arms. And other times you'll both start to joke around and goof, and suddenly your tickle fighting. Whatever happens, he is tender and sweet.
