Chapter 8

Love can't happen twice in a person's life, it only gives second chances

Basically i can't seem to fall asleep and all the thanks goes to that grumpy guy, his face is just all i see each time i close my eyes, i keep imaging different fantasies with him and now it just feel really creepy as i realize i just met him once and i don't even know his name

"Aggh !!!!"

I grumbled as i sat up on my bed, scratching the back of my head and making my hair even more messy, that has been an old habit of my, mum always told me to quit it but like they say old habits die hard

I lazily got up as i walked to my bathroom and then i blinked my eyes, did i leave my room door open ???

I never leave my door open, i can't possibly make such a mistake, i thought as i closed the door and simply passed the thought as i decided that maybe mum came to check on me and left the door open

I walked out of the bathroom after i washed my face and then i sat on my bed with my  headphone and placed it on my ear as i laid back listening to it

I still wonder why she sent me out of the house like that ???

Did i do something wrong or could it be the ocean eyed guy ???

I thought as i stood up to get a glass of water and then i saw a quick shadow pass by almost as if he was standing by my window, because of the outside lights the shadow reflection came into my room and i immediately pulled the headphone down and rushed to the window and then i saw his back as he walked away and it felt like he was dragging me along with him, as i immediately rushed downstairs as i ran outside

"Hey !!!, who's there ???"

I asked as i slowed my pace and wondered where he had disappeared to, he was just here a moment ago

Maybe i wasn't fast enough so i missed him

"You have a very high level of curiosity and that's not beneficial to you in fact it causes more danger"

A deep voice said from behind, with a charismatic tone

"Where you spying on me ???"

I asked after i turned around and took slow steps to where he rested on the body of a black SUV

"I'll assume it's in your nature never to mind your own business"

He stated nonchalantly and completely ignoring my question

"Excuse me !!!!!, you're the one who isn't minding his own business, snooping around in other people's property"

I said as i crossed my arms and wished silently that he removes his hoodie cap so i could at least see his face

C'mon Amy

Like as if his broad chest and well built arms aren't already enough distraction

"Watch your tongue, i don't normally give free advises but take it in advance"

God he has such a terrible humor and a large ego

"What do you mean by in advance ???"
