With a loud cry, Lambo fired the ten year bazooka at himself.

Poof!

For a moment, his sniffling was all that he heard before a soft chuckle came, "I can't believe it's already been ten years. Time sure does fly, doesn't it?"

Lambo wanted to turn around to see who it was, but he stopped and rubbed his eyes first. After wiping his tears away, he spun around and glared at the person, insisting, "The great Lambo didn't cry! You definitely didn't see the great Lambo cry because of stupid Reborn!"

He sniffed and continued to have his one-sided staring contest, inwardly hoping that they wouldn't laugh at him. He hated it when that happened. Just because he was young and small, didn't mean that he wasn't strong!

But the person didn't laugh—they took out a handkerchief instead. Lambo saw the person offering it to him, and he crossed his arms, turning away with his eyes closed, "As if the great Lambo will fall for a petty trick like that. What do you want from the great Lambo?"

He waited for an answer, but only heard footsteps approaching him before something soft covered his nose. Lambo opened his eyes in a panic, and found a twenty-something year old man crouching before him, wiping the mess on his face.

The man wore a black suit, just like any member Lambo recognized in the Bovino family, and had a ring on his finger. With all the signs that pointed this man was a mafioso, Lambo jumped back and stuck out a finger at the man, on his guard for any sneak attacks, "Tell the great Lambo, who are you!"

The man smiled and stood up, "My apologies. I haven't introduced myself yet. My name is Sawada Tsunayoshi, ten years from the future."

Lambo stared at him in doubt, finding it hard to believe that he was the same no good Tsuna from the past. He wasn't getting pushed around by Reborn, shrieking like the world was ending, or even getting flustered. It was like he was a completely different person.

Tsunayoshi gave a halfhearted smile, like he knew what Lambo was thinking, "People don't stay the same forever, Lambo. They change, and they grow. That's what makes us human."

He opened the door of the room and held out a hand, "Now come, I'll take you to the kitchen. You like grape candy, right? We have a whole jar there."

Lambo squealed at the thought of candy and forgot about everything else, instantly taking the hand. Although he hadn't met Tsunayoshi for long, he had a feeling that he could trust him no matter what.

As they exited the room and walked down the long hallways, turning and twisting at every corner, Lambo was starting to feel dizzy. Stumbling, he whined, "When are we going to get there? Stupid hallways. Why are they so annoying?"

Tsunayoshi steadied him and took another turn, explaining, "The complicated hallways are to keep intruders out. The size and complexity of this place makes it harder for outsiders to navigate around if they don't know the structure. But we're almost there, Lambo, so hang on a little longer."

Lambo sighed and dragged his feet along. When they finally reached the kitchen, Tsunayoshi opened the door and went to the cupboards, taking out a jar filled with grape candy.

Lambo immediately felt his energy refilled when he saw the candy, and hurried to where Tsunayoshi was, jumping up and down in excitement as the jar opened.

Once the cap was off, Lambo snatched a handful of candies and popped them all into his mouth at once, making Tsunayoshi chuckle. With his mouth full, Lambo asked a question he just thought of, "Say, does the future me stay here? Does that mean that the great Lambo also has to stay here in the future?"
