"Father, I'm here."

"How was your stay on Earth?"

"Better than I expected."

"You're lying."

"Then just read my mind and I'll go."

Minho had been in Omnia for only a few hours but he has been summoned already by his father. He has expected this, knowing that they'll be able to know that he has been in a banned world.

"What are you so afraid of, father? Why is Earth banned from us?"

"You already know that son!"

"Love? You're really putting them along the most dangerous planets because of love?!"

Minho's father turned to face him and pushed him, making Minho stumble backwards.

"And what has love provided you? Earth continues to be uncivilized because of love! Can't you see? Our creatures can't experience that because it'll ruin the balance that we've worked for so long!"

"Balance?! You're worried about balance?! Everybody deserves to feel love, father! Can't you see how wrong it is that love doesn't exist even in our family?!"

"Balance brings order Minho. Love is the hindrance to that. Love messes all the other emotions. It makes people more enthusiastic, it makes pain unbearable, it turns anger into wrath, it makes all emotions much stronger than they should be and that would destroy everything that we've built. Aren't you wondering why all the other planets stay away from them as well? Because they know that love is poison!"

"It's not! It's the greatest gift I've felt!"

"Then why are you hurting?"

Minho was taken aback with his father's question. His strong front quickly faded. He was caught off guard.

His father was right. He was hurting. Just like when Jisung described how he felt when Minhyung broke up with him.

He took a step back and looked at his father with soft eyes.

"Maybe I was.

Maybe because I was wrong to think that Omnia is my greatest love."

"Jisung, please, let's go home."

"Let him destroy his liver and then die a quick death, Felix. That man's incurable."

Jisung has been wasting his nights (sometimes even his days) hopping from different clubs to get himself wasted ever since Minho left.

If there's one thing that changed, it would be the fact that he never had any hookups. He would get drunk, go home, and do it all over again.

"Jeongin, please. Just help me carry him?"

It also has been a routine for Felix and Jeongin to check on their friend to make sure that he doesn't do anything much more stupid than taking in all the available alcohol in a bar.

As soon as they drove him home, Jisung ran straight to the bathroom.

"For the love of god, Jisung, this is getting fucking tiring." Jeongin complained as he rubbed Jisung's back while the other buried his face on the toilet, puking everything he took in his body.
