"His name was Hoon. He was also from this country. I wasn't supposed to meet anybody. Just like Minho, I was curious about the planet. Unlike Omnia, Earth isn't banned from us, however, we are always warned of the dangers of your planet."

"And how is love a danger?" Jisung now took a seat on the opposite side to listen to New's narration.

"You see, outside of Earth, creatures live in harmony. Almost perfection. Without love. Love makes everything...intense. If somebody in our family dies, we would all wish that their soul finds their path with the stars. We don't grieve, we don't weep because we know that dying is natural. Unlike here, it would take a long time for you to function, and even then, the pain will never go away.

Jisung, we can't afford to do that, our civilization was founded with the lack of love, and adding it to the equation will only make it crumble. This is why we stay away from your planet."

Jisung understood now, and it made total sense in his mind. They were right, love could either make or break someone, but most of the time, it happens simultaneously, never winning in the game of love, because love just doesn't exist in platonic relationships. It happens inside families, pets, attachment to material things, and so much more.

"Can you tell me more about Hoon? It's okay if you're not comfortable."

"No, no. It's fine. I brought him up. I should finish my story." New tapped his fingers on the table before continuing with his story.

"Hoon found me when I landed here. He was the sweetest creature I've met. We became friends, and my visits to Earth became more frequent. Long story short, I fell in love, and he did, too. I decided to stay on Earth for a while and spend more time with him. My brother eventually found out about this.

He went down here and forced me to go home. I decided to disobey him, but then he turned his attention to Hoon."

A drop of tear escaped the soft skin of New's face as he prepared himself to finish his story.

"He decided to kill Hoon...which he did, just so I could go back to our world. As a revenge, I threw him out of our planet without my family knowing."

Jisung comforted New by moving to his side and wrapping and arm around him.

"I'm sorry to hear that, New."

New gave him a smile and wiped his tears away before placing his hands on Jisung's shoulders.

"This is why I'm here. To make your story different. I know you both love each other. I could tell by the way Minho told me about you when he got back. Jisung, I want you to come with me and give your story another chance."

"I can't."

New's face was now struck with confusion. He had expected Jisung to give him a more approving response.

"I can't do that, New. If we meet again, there's a possibility that he'd choose to stay in his world. Also, he might choose to stay with me and abandon his perfect life. Those options aren't looking good for either of us."

"I may not be a mind reader but I can feel that you actually want the second option to happen." New said as he rested his head on his palms.

"New, trust me. In my position, who wouldn't? But think about it. I'm a nobody here on Earth while he's a royalty or something there. And for him to give up his life for me? A stupid fuck? Also, what if we fall out of love? What's gonna happen to him here?"

New sighed with how Jisung is basically ranting on him now. He needed to convince the man to come with him and face Minho.

"Jisung, do you really think the universe let Minho break the rules and fall in love with you for nothing? Do you believe that I made my way down here, abandoning my post, and sharing you my deepest secret just so I could go back empty-handed?"

Jisung couldn't possibly answer that. In his perspective, he did absolutely nothing to be involved in all this, but to their view, these aliens have gone lengths of effort to get where they are now.

New continued to speak, "You're coming with me, and I'll find a way for you and Minho to meet again. I'm not saying that a happy ending's bound to happen once you do that, but don't we all deserve peace in our hearts? Talk it out, make an agreement. Setting aside your emotions and pretending like nothing happened, that's not healthy for the both of you."

Jisung thought about it for a moment. He was right, Minho must be as affected as him, if not more, because this is the first time he's ever been in love.

But it was also the first time Jisung's been so deeply in love with someone that he'd risk it. No matter how much he convinces himself that he would rather choose to have Minho stay in his home planet, he knows that a big part of him wishes it wasn't the case.

"Okay, I'm coming with you."

New smiled and stood up from his seat. He clicked a few things on what seems to be a high level of technology that Jisung knows Earth people could never achieve, and soon, a portal has opened in front of them.

"WAIT!" Jisung held his hands in front of him which made New slightly panic.

"Don't I need like a space suit or oxygen tank before I go in?"

"Minho, you need to get yourself together. You're acting weird."

"Tell him, Seungmin. Your brother's so boring ever since he got back here. Talking about love which I don't even understand." Hyunjin muttered as he sucked on the red color of the apple.

"Stop making the apples, colorless, Hyunjin. They look weird!" Chan exclaimed as he tried to grab the apple from the floating vampire.

Minho continued to stare into nothingness. He'd expected this. Of course they wouldn't understand why he's acting all brokenhearted. They've never had their first love, and probably never will.

He continued to gaze at the wall until he got message from New, asking for a meet up at another planet in the cluster of Gordo.

"Hey, I'm going to meet New. In the planet of the party crazy creatures."

"New? Partying? That doesn't sound right?" Chan raised a brow at Minho, who is now fixing himself and getting ready to leave the three.

"Yeah, and love does? Change is real, Chan."

And with that, he left his brother and his best friends to go to the loudest planet in the universe.

The music was blasting in all corners. Typical Loxythrians. Minho continued to travel his way into the place New instructed him to go. It was at the center of the planet, where it is void of any noise, because this is the place that distributes the signals to everywhere else in this world.

"Finally, some peace. My ears are hurting."

He gave a message to New that he has arrived at their meeting place. He waited until he heard footsteps from behind him.

He turned around and he froze to see the figure standing in front of him.

"Jisung?"
