safe word:
a safe word is used to exit your desired reality
make sure it's a saying that you wouldn't normally be said so you can make sure to not accidentally leave
time:
an (amount of time) in my desired reality is equal to a (amount of time) in my current reality
when I leave my desired reality time pauses
when I return to my desired reality time resumes to normal
clone:
my clone does not raise any suspicion
my clone does not harm anyone
my clone acts exactly like I do
my clone does everything I would do normally
(add anything else you want)
shifting stuff:
my eyes automatically open when I shift
etc
