Arrai remembered something: they were at a droid factory. Every time the cut one down, another was made. Destroying each individually was futile. They would have to destroy the factory, and that was a long shot.

Her vision began to blur; she was running out of breath. She heard voices yelling, talking to each other. She fell to her knees. She contemplated calling upon the Force to put her in a Neutral State, but that would not be possible while she was surrounded by so much Light energy.

She saw the droids take aim, and she closed her eyes. If this was going to be her end, she would meet it with honor. She forced herself back up to a standing position. She summoned the Force; that would help her live longer. She made a simple, yellow saber.

Everything played out slowly. She was preparing to swing and slash her way through the battle droids until she got to whoever was controlling them: Dooku. Then she would kill him.

But she didn't get that chance quite then. Someone shouted and pointed to the sky. Ships closed in on the Jedi, who realized that these were reinforcements. The droids were taken out by the dozens. Arrai could see with her own eyes that these were the clones from Kamino.

She nodded and sheathed her lightsaber. Anakin and she went to a carrier along with the senator and Master Kenobi. She was pulled up as the they left the ground.

She refused to how any weaknesses, so she stood straight and looked at the ground beneath them. Her eyes flickered, begging her to be perfectly Neutral. She covered them with her hair.

Her brother must've noticed something strange with we because he walked over and leaned up against the wall next to her. "You alright?" He asked. She briefly nodded. "That was some display of power back there." He continued awkwardly. He looked at her questioningly.

She knew what he was doing. "I'm fine, Anakin." She said, rather distastefully.

"Look at me, Arrai," he told her. But she refused to meet his eyes. "Arrai," he repeated.

She turned her head and showed off her glittering eyes. Yellow to blue, blue to yellow.

He frowned. "Is that supposed to happen?"

"What do you think?" She glared at him.

"I'm thinking not." He guessed.

She pursed her lips and shook her head. "Not normally."

"Then why now?"

"We'll talk about this later."

"I'll hold you to that."

They rode in silence for awhile until the sound of blasting broke it. They were under attack.

Their ship fired back on the giant droids. There was nothing the Jedi could do at this point but sit and watch.

And just like that, they were hit. The senator and a trooper fell out the open doors. Arrai watched in horror as they tumbled to the ground. But they'd be okay, she hoped.

"Turn this ship around!" Anakin's time surprised Arrai.

"Anakin, we can't." She told him. "If we do, we'll lose Dooku."

"I don't care." He stated. "Turn the ship around!"

Obi-Wan told the captain to continue in the flight plan. "Anakin, what would she do if she was in your place?"

He sighed. "She would do her duty."

Arrai nodded. "She'll be okay." She assured.

He have her a concerned glance.
