Arrai had seen her brother for one day before they had to part ways again. It just didn't seem fair to her. Who knows how long this investigation could take? Day, weeks, months?
Sure, poking into things with Master Kenobi was fun. She just wished Anakin could do it with them.
Her brother's master had received coordinates to a planet called Kamino. She'd never heard of the planet, yet couldn't help think that there was something important there.
She was told to meet at the landing bay in an hour and to travel heavy. They would be gone for a while.

Anakin sat awkwardly next to the senator. He can't help but notice that she was very beautiful. He corrected himself by trying to block those thoughts.
She looks at him skeptically. "What is it?"
He snapped out of his daze. "I'm sorry?"
"You're doing something weird... with our eyes. What are you looking at?"
He honestly had no idea what she was talking about and tried to avoid conversation. "Nothing. Don't worry about it."

Arrai didn't hate flying at all, she just didn't enjoy it when a backseat driver constantly yells into her ear... from another ship. Master Kenobi obviously thought this was her first time flying her own ship or something.
"Now, remember, only gently adjust the throttle..."
"Yes, thank you. I know."
"Ok. Bring it down... slowly."
"Master Kenobi, I appreciate your concerns, but I know how to fly a ship."
He sighed. "I know... I just... sorry."
"Your apology will be most graciously accepted if you can shut up."
"Fine. Kenobi over and out."
The solitude gave Arrai a chance to think. She'd hardly had time for anything, much less any type of mediation. She let her droid, R7-D6, take control of the ship. Then she closed her eyes and just thought about the events of the last few nights. They had been some of her favorite memories for as long as she could remember.
She smiled as she mentally sorted the images. So many great things had happened in the midst of many bad things. It was obviously the will of the Force that reunited her with her brother because of a danger that placed the senator's life at risk.
She opened to eyes to gaze at the stars.
But all she saw was the upcoming planet. Kamino. They had arrived.
She reluctantly turned her comm back on. "Master Kenobi, I'm guessing we've arrived."
"Well then your guess is correct. Here we are. Kamino. Well, let's see what we can find."
They detached from the rings and flew down to the planet.
"Wow," Arrai commented. "It must rain all the time here."
"Well spotted." The master said sarcastically.
"You seem a little... on edge. Is there something wrong?" She asked.
"No, actually."
She sighed. "Is it me?"
He sounded surprised. "What? What would be wrong about traveling with you?"
She shrugged, but Obi-Wan didn't see that part. "I don't know. I've met a lot of people who have problems with Darks."
"Don't call yourself that." He said rather quickly, as if it was a personal insult.
"Why not? I'm a Dark Jedi, the normal Jedi call us Darks. What's so wrong with that?"
"It's an insult, that's why."
"Not to me." She stated. "I've never heard an insult that actually insulted me."
They neared a decent landing zone and touched down on the storming planet. Arrai thought a moment before once again speaking to Master Kenobi. "You have potential to a Dark Jedi, don't you?"
He sighed. "I still do." He paused. "I tend not to dwell on it. I chose the life of a Jedi, and that's the path I shall continue to follow till my dying day."
Arrai smiled. "I barely feel any darkness in you, whatever you used to have is dwindling."
He gave a slight laugh. "That's actually a comfort, no offense to you."
She rolled her eyes. Him basically saying that he the fact that he wasn't like her was a good thing? Wow... just... wow.
"Come on, Master Kenobi," She ran into the building trying not to get soaking wet. "Let's go find us a bounty hunter."
