The Train

EVANGELINA'S POV

As Evangelina and her family apparated into Kings Cross station Evangelina saw many parents saying goodbye to their children and the adorable first years nervously looking around and saying goodbye to their parents and guardians. Evangelina was going into fifth year with her fraternal twin Karla, the two veelas were looking forward for the year to start all summer, they didn't want to spend another second in that Manor learning how to be proper ladies, practicing their instruments and hearing their mother to watch their weight.

"I want every each and one of you to behave and remember that you are representing the Leclair family. Evangelina, Karla and Melanie please watch your weight and no carbs whatsoever, candy is restricted, I am looking at you Evangelina, we don't need a repeat of what happened ok?" Selena looked at Evangelina with an emotionless face, the memories of what had happened during the summer made Evangelina's hands shake, Karla took her hand in hers to stop it from shaking. Karla had seen the whole ordeal as their mother said that she should watch as example, Karla couldn't sleep for weeks seeing the picture of her mom forcing her sister to vomit for hours  in the basement bathroom to the point of unconsciousness.

"Yes mother, I'll be sure to starve myself if I see my weight going up, I promise." Selena looked at Evangelina with approval as she started rambling off about modeling gigs that she will have in the school year and how they have talked to Dumbledore about her getting special leaves for the shootings. Evangelina looked around and saw a mother and her daughter hugging and whispering I love yous to each other and wished that her mother was like that with her. Se was brought to her senses when the train hooted "Well this is goodbye until the holidays, Evangelina it is important that you come this year, do not fail me this time" Evangelina looked at her mother and nodded dragging her twin to their usual compartment with Coralline and Alex.

The twins looked through the compartments hand in hand looking for their friends when she bumped into a familiar red head "Hello Lily, how are you? It has been so long!" the veelas smile at the girl in front of them as Lily hugs them "Eva, Kar how have you been! oh you must tell me all about your su-" Lily was cut off by a familiar boy with glasses "Lily-flower you look angelic as always, how has your summer been?" Lily turned around and started scolding the boy as the two veelas looked at the pair in amusement "Lily we could talk after the feast, we see that you've got your hands full at the moment" Karla said to the girl as they waved at her and kept walking finally finding their friends "There they are! how are my two favorite twins? Karla looking ravishing as always" Alex said wrapping an arm around Karla's shoulders causing her to blush and smile.

Coralline looked at Evangelina with an amused smile as they both hugged, they had always known that Karla had a crush on the flirt since second year but never said anything about the subject. "I bumped into your sister in the hallway" Evangelina said picking at her pale pink colored nails "We were talking until that Potter boy interrupted us and she started screaming at him, it was a sight to see really" Coralline laughed at what Evangelina said "You know I think she secretly likes the boy, she couldn't stop obsessing over him all summer about how much of an arrogant toe-rag he is much to Petunia's dismay, did I tell you Petunia has a boyfriend now? His name is Vernon, ugly guy really." Coralline said rolling her eyes at the thought of the male and looked at Evangelina and smirked "I caught them doing the dirty and screamed everything in detail, it was so funny much to Lily's dismay, I don't know why she wants Petunia to like her so much it's clear that that bitch hates our guts" Her eyes widened when she saw the prefect badge resting on my jumper "Evangelina you didn't tell me you're a prefect! Oh this is great we can do so much things and get a free pass!" Evangelina rolled her eyes and faked offense "wow I didn't know you would use me...you wound me Cora" She then looked at her watch and stood up hastily "I have to change into my robes and go to prefect duties, I'll be back when I'm done. Alex are you coming or are you gonna keep trying to snog my sister?" Alex and Karla blushed and moved away from each other as Alex and Evangelina made their way outside the compartment.
