I woke up and had a headache. I heard footsteps I immediately knew it was father coming to yell at me. He opened the door and just stared at me with a beer bottle in his hand.

He looked slight high. "get ready, you have school bitch." he scoffed and left. I couldn't believe it but I was used to it so it didn't bother me. I got ready in high-waisted jeans and a black long sleeve top and put my doc martens on.

I looked in the mirror and did my makeup. Once I was finished I looked at myself in the mirror and laughed. "I look pathetic." Brinley mumbled.

I grabbed my bag and left. I started walking then I felt like a car following me. I looked back and saw Mallory's car. She grabbed her sun glasses and pulled them down to the tip of her nose so she can see brinley.

"wanna ride?" Mallory said smiling. "Hell yeah." Brinley said hopping in without hesitation. On our way we also picked up Kristine. We pulled up to the school and parked. We got out and everyone was looking at us while we were walking down the hall in slow mo.(ifykyk)

brinley and the girls were busy talking. They didn't notice the cobra's trying to approach them. They walked past them and went to there lockers which were close to each other.

"hey man there they are." Bobby nugded Johnny trying to get his attention. But we walked past them. "you know you should really ask her out." Bobby said. "I don't know she doesn't even feel the same way and I mean look at her. She wouldn't even like someone like me." Johnny said walking towards us.

Brinley had sunglasses on since it was sunny. "hey." Johnny said smiling. Mallory and Kristine smirked at me and went to go talk to the other cobra kai's leaving brinley and johnny.

"hi." brinley said softly putting her books in her locker. Johnny just smiled and got lost in her eyes.
"there's something you know that you aren't telling us." Kristine said "why is he acting weird." Kristine said. "well you see here mr.Lawrence is trying to ask brinley out." Tommy said laughing. "oooo I see." Mallory said smiling. "But you can't tell brinley." Bobby said.

Mallory and Kristine looked at each other then brinley. They hated lying to her but this was something we didn't want to ruin. Mallory nodded in agreement.

"So I was wondering if you wanted to hang out tomorrow." Johnny said. "of course where at?" brinley said closing her locker starting to walk to the group. "Golf n' stuff?" Johnny said smiling. Brinley nodded and smiled hard.

"hey." the cobra kai's said to brinley. She smiled and said the same. "Isn't that the girl you made shut up yesterday." Tommy said. Brinley looked and her smile faded she lifted her sunglasses to her head.

Brinley walked up to the girl. The girl looked frightened. Brinley say the boy Johnny had beat up yesterday. "what you doing with this loser." Brinley said looking at the boy. "he's my brother." The girl said.

I laughed and looked at her. "should of known your both defenseless anyways, I didn't get your name." brinley said. "oh violet." The girl said. "brinley." Brinley said smiling walking off yelling "see you later loser!"

School was now over and they had soccer tryouts and the girls cheerleading. Brinley and the girls were cheerleaders so they had to go. They had there outfits on. Brinley saw Ali talking to violets brother of course. Violet was sitting on the bleachers watching. Ali walked over to violet and exchanged a few words.

Until Brinley saw Ali turn her head towards her and talk to Daniel. Brinley grew a little angry. "that Ali chick is talking about us." Brinley said to kristine's ear. "of course she is, doesn't she talk about us to every new kid." Kristine said looking where Ali was.

"So you must of met the popular girls." Ali said. "Popular girls?!" the boy said. "yea the girls over there." Ali said looking towards us. " oh them yea that girl was being rude to my sister." the boy said secretly pointing to brinley. Ali sighed

"oh that one don't even get me started." Ali said rolling her eyes. "why what happened." The boy said curious but the cheerleading coach yelled "all cheerleaders." Ali looked a little sad but said "I'll tell you later." and ran to the cheerleaders.

Brinley looked to see them exchanging names "hey what's your name?" Brinley heard Ali yell. "Daniel with an L." Daniel said. Brinley mumbled "Daniel with an L." We started cheer and I saw Bobby trip Daniel, but Daniel wasn't handling it well he punched Bobby. Ali looked sad and looked at Daniel walk off.

Ali looked back at brinley and the girls who were laughing and said "grow up" shaking her head and following Daniel. Brinley laughed but eventually stopped and felt a knot in her stomach it made her sick to her stomach.

"why am I like this." Brinley though. "are you ok." Mallory said. Brinley nodded her head.
