9: Stares

"What was the long pause for." Blaise asked. "O-oh.. I forgot his name for split second." You lied. You fake laughed trying to save yourself.

Blaise shook his head understanding.

'God that was close..'

You looked up at the blonde boy who sat in front of you.

You were pretty sure he knew what you were about to call him just from the look he had on his face that only you could recognize.

His eyes moved side to side quickly scanning your face trying to see if you did it on purpose.

"Well that sounds right." Pansy replied.

"Yup completely right." Nick answered.

You felt Dracos eyes starring at you so you looked up. And indeed he was starring at you. He had a look on his face as if he was gonna kill you.

You started to get uncomfortable and took an apple from the table and got up from your seat grabbing onto Nicks wrist pulling him from his seat and onto his feet. "Huh?" Nick was confused. "W-we should get going to Transfiguration before we're late.." You looked at Nick.

"Oh right!" Nick said.

"Do you know where the class is at?" Pansy asked .

"Yup! I have the room number here." You raised your schedule a little. Pansy smiled.

You still had Nicks wrist in grip and then dragged him away. He quickly grabbed a peice of bacon and let you drag him.

"Byyee!" Nick said taking a bite of the bacon.

You just left Chloë there alone and confused.

You left the Great hall quickly not wanting to look back or feel Dracos gaze on you.

Soon the both of you made it

You two were the first ones in class.

You both entered to the class and saw a few students there. A few were sitting and others were at different seats in a small group talking to each other. "Hey Y/n i drank to much orange juice i gotta go to the bathroom." Nick said holding it in. You giggled at Nick and looked at him.

"Okay, be quick Nick." Nick shook his head quickly and ran to the nearest bathroom.

You just laughed and sat down in the second back row.

No teacher was to be found in the room yet and you didn't know anyone so you pulled a book out and started reading it.

'Romeo and Juliet'.

You'd read this book about three times this was your fourth time reading it. It was one of your favorite books to read.

More people began to come in the room filling the room up slowly. Nick had came back but got called by someone he knew and started talking to them so you sat alone reading.

You then felt a presents beside you but didn't look because you were to focused on the book

"Told you i'd see you around."

You reconized the voice and looked up quickly.

"Louis!" You said happily.

Louis gave a wide happy smile and looked down at the seat beside you with a face expression that asked if the seat was in use. You shook your head no and he sat down beside you.

"I didn't know you had this class." You looked at Louis.

"Yup always have, since the beginning of the year." You giggled at his comment.

"You know it's nice knowing someone else in this class besides Nick." You told him. "Who's that?" He asked.

"Oh its my friend who came to Hogwarts with." You pointed at Nick and his little group in the front.

Louis shook his head. "Ohh, that's the boy you hang out with a lot. Are you guys dating?"Louis asked curiously.

"What no never! We're only friend's, besides hes a player. He messes with every girl he sees." Louis shook his head in response.

Suddenly two tall red headed twins walked up to Louis.

"Hey Louis!" They both said at the same time.

"Hey you're that new girl aren't you?" One of the twins asked looking at you.

You chuckled and responded. "Yeah i'm Y/n, nice to meet you." You extend your arm out for a handshake. "I'm Fred and this is George. Nice to meet you!" George smiled at you. Fred shook your hand and so did George. They then both sat down infront of you and Louis.

"Are they your friends?" You asked Louis.

"Ye-" "Indeed we are his friends." Fred interrupted Louis. "Hey, and for this one you have to watch out. He may seem nice but he's a player." George winked as he loudly whispered to you.

Both of the twins were turned around in there seat.

"You know i can hear you." Louis rolled his eyes playfully.

You just laughed at his comment.

A cat then came into the room. You looked at the cat confused as to why it was in the room.

Then cat then transformed into a person. Professor McGonagall.

You gasped in shock and was amazed.

"Wooww!" You whispered loud enough for Louis to hear you.

Louis chuckled at your reaction.

"Oh, that's professor Mcgonagall. She can turn into a cat." Louis chuckled. "I know who it is, i just didn't know she could turn into a cat! Is that normal?" You exclaimed.

Your thin british accent being heard across the room causing Nick to look over at you and Louis.

He looked at you and Louis laughing and rolled his eyes turning back to his group.

Louis laughed. "I think it's normal, i mean she's done that for as long as i can remember." Louis kept laughing at you.

Class soon started and everyone took seat listening to professor Mcgonagall.
