Chapter 4: Chat

Adrien turned a corner and noticed the kids running towards a white van. Oh no- this couldn't be good. It was way too late for an ice cream truck to come. He quickly climbed a building to get a better look at the man in the truck. When he saw who it was, he almost had a seizure. It wasn't a creepy old man at all. It was ANOTHER PRESCHOOLER. Adrien knew he would cry himself to sleep that night.

He quickly jumped down in front of the window. The kid looked like some sort of scientist. Maybe he actually was kinda smart, unlike the PJ Masks. Scientist child was surprised to see him. "WHO ARE YOU?" He screamed at Adrien.

"I'm Chat Noir. You?"

"Romeo."

"Cool."

"Ye."

"So what are you doing selling ice cream at 9 PM?"

"I am trying to capture and defeat the PJ Masks once and for all. They're all idiot crybabies."

"Honestly, I completely understand your motives. I was gonna help them stop you, but I changed my mind."

Adrien and Romeo had come up with an epic secret handshake to the tune of Your New Boyfriend (they both watch dream smp because they are cool kids). Adrien glanced up at the noise of wheezing and heavy breathing. The PJ Masks had finally made it across the bridge😃. The bridge had taken Adrien 5 minutes to walk across, but the PJ Masks had taken 20 to run.

Adrien signaled for Romeo to put on his disguise. "Here guys this ice cream is sooo good wow omg so dope."

"ye," romeo said. "Come to the back of the van you will get free ice cream."

The kids happily ran to the back and Romeo shoved them in. Romeo and Adrien cackled like maniacs and hopped in the front of the van.

As they talked about the Battle of L'Manburg, Adrien could hear the PJ Masks talking in the back of the van. They were trying to figure out how they could get out. Adrien hadn't even locked the back door because he knew there was no hope for their escape. Adrien cackled. This was the most fun he had in a long time.

Adrien took the wheel from Romeo and gave it a quick turn to the left. He knew his plan had worked since he heard the satisfying thump of the kids flying into the wall. Adrien laughed and they kept driving.

After ten minutes or so, Adrien asked, "So where exactly are we going?"

"Good question," Romeo replied. "Know any other kids you want to kidnap?"

"Yes, actually," Adrien said as one of the kids in the back let out an iPad kid cough🌝.

Once they were back in Paris, Romeo and Adrien led Manon, Chris, and baby August into the ice cream van.

"That was epic," Adrien said.

"Ye. So now, we bring these kids to a random location and let them go. I don't actually hurt anyone- just scare them."

"Aight bet. Now can you please explain to me how you are so smart for a preschooler?"

"Can you please explain why you are a furry."
