Chongyun's POV
I walked up the stairs to Wanwen Bookhouse to get a quick read. You see, I feel unmotivated after my friend, Xingqiu, and I failed to find several evil spirits in several haunted houses a few days ago. Xingqiu didn't come back after the trip to Wuwang Hill last Sunday. Who knows? Maybe there's a chance I could find him..
After going up the stairs, I found him clutching his newly-bought books in his arms.
"Xingqiu?" I called out to him.
He turned around with his usual calm smile. He looked so beautiful just looking at me.
"Hello there, dear Chongyun." He replied, sounding sick. Was his throat sore?

2 hours later
I was stoked that Xingqiu was still fine.. I think he's just recovering from a fever. It's really nothing to worry about. We went to Wanmin Restaurant and ate some food there. I guess it's like a platonic date..
Xingqiu started feeling tired after we were done eating so he had to go home early. I wanted to go to his house so bad. I hope I don't look suspicious, climbing on his windowsill tonight.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
It was around 10 p.m and I started going to Xingqiu's house. I climbed towards his bedroom's window and saw him sitting at the edge of his bed, his hands on his mouth. I could hear him faintly coughing. I knocked on his window and he turned around to open it.
"What in Teyvat are you doing here, Chongyun?!" Xingqiu whispered in a worried tone.
"I just wanted to see if you were okay." I said, climbing into his room.
"Don't make so much noise when you're in here. I should be sleeping right now but my parents aren't aware that I'm awake right now."
I nodded and sat on the edge of his bed. I saw two tissues.. covered in blood. Is Xingqiu really that sick? I feel really bad for him.. I want to help but my cold dishes will probably make his sore throat get worse.
He noticed me staring at the bloody tissues and held my shoulder.
"C-Chongyun, don't worry about that. My nose bled earlier." He whispered.
He took the tissues and threw them in the nearby bin.
"Xingqiu, have you been diagnosed with a disease yet? Who knows, the disease could be deadly." I said.
"Hehe. It's nothing serious. Just a normal influenza that would last for about a week." He said before coughing into his hand.
His eyes widen as he stares at his hand. He wipes his hand on the side of his clothes as a petal falls off of his hand.
I run towards him and hold his shoulders.
"A-Are you okay?!" I yelled.
"Please be quiet.. Do I have to repeat that I would get in trouble if my parents find out that I'm awake and that you are in my room without permission?"
"Oh.. Sorry."
Xingqiu sighs.
"It's fine."
