Sidharth and Shehnaaz spent 15 days there. They attend the follow up appointments. Shehnaaz's pathological reports are normal. Sidharth happy to see that she recover. Doctor advise her to take nutritious diet and rest to recover from the side effects of chemotherapy early.

They both left for India. Shehnaaz is so happy. After 6 months they are going to meet their family and friends.

In evening, they land in India. Everybody wait for them outside the Airport. Shehnaaz eyes welled up seeing everyone. She is so happy. She holds Sidharth's hand tightly and walk toward them.

Shehnaaz go and hugs Sidharth's mom tightly.
Maa : Kaisa hai Mera bacha!? Am so happy for you my child.

His mother's eyes too welled up.
Sidharth smiles looking at the two most precious women of his life.

His mom caresses her face and kiss her forehead.

In the meantime, Sidharth greet her parents and hug her father.

Shehnaaz frowns to listen friend thing. She give a glare to Sidharth. Sidharth look at her like sorry puppy.

Shehnaaz ignores him and hug her parents and brother.

Mom : Am very proud of my child.
Sidharth hugs his mom again.

Then they hug Akshi and Suffiyan.

Her heart becomes heavy. She couldn't understand the feeling. She is happy that she will stay with her family but somewhere she is sad too because she have to live without Sidharth.

She knows she will burst out if she look at him. Her stomach churns at the thought of leaving him.

Sidharth sit beside her on the sofa and put his head in her lap.

Sidharth : I missed you mom.
Mom : I missed you too bacha. I am so happy.
Sidharth look at her and smiles.
Mom : Actually I am happy for you both. Ab jaldi se shehnaaz ko ghar le aa.
Sidharth chukles : Mooooommmm apko jyada jaldi hai mere se.

Mom : You Miss Her!?
Sidharth startles : No Mom...I mean
Mom interupts him : You mean You Miss her alot.
She smiles looking at his love sick son.
