CHAPTER 24

"Honey?" He called Ruby Jane while she's packing her things.

"Yes honey?" She answered and turn her head to face him.

"Since you're leaving tomorrow..." Lucas said as he walked near to Ruby Jane.

Ruby Jane just looked at him confused but still smiling.

"Let's... dance" Lucas said excitedly then walked near to the study table and open the small speaker.

Ruby Jane just chuckled to his actions.

Lucas approached her and offer his hand.

"Can we dance pretty woman?" He asked and smiled at her sweetly.

Ruby Jane accept his hand and felt a lot of butterflies of her stomach.

Lucas pulled her near to the table and play the song.

It's a beautiful night, we're looking for something dumb to do

Lucas sang along to the music while dancing in front of her.

Ruby Jane laughed at him can't help but to blush at his cuteness.

Who doesn't get blush at him? Think he's a mafia boss supposed to be a bad and cold guy but look at him, he's different than the other and the normal guys. He's unique sweet.

As the music continue to play and the two inloved people dancing like a crazy people.

Ruby Jane even felt sad because she literally can't see and hug her man for we don't know how long but now the last night that she can touch, hug and kiss her man, she set aside the sadness and felt happy with him and spend the rest time that she will see her man.

As the music stop they panting catching their breath and hug each other.

"I love you, Ruby Jane" Lucas said sincerely and pure of love.

She pulled the hug and kissed Lucas lips.

"I love you more, Lucas" Ruby Jane said and she closed her eyes as Lucas kissed her again passionately.

She wrapped her arms around his neck deepen the kiss.

Lucas wrapped his arms around her waist closing the gap between them.

They break the kiss gasping for air and they press their forehead to each other.

"Baby, always remember that..." Lucas cup her face.

"That you'll always here..." Lucas took her one hand and placed it to his chest.

"I will never get tired of loving you..." Ruby Jane didn't notice that her tears dropping on her eyes.

"I'll protect you... always" Lucas said sincerely and wiped Ruby Jane's tears.

"You will be always and forever my woman" He then peeked her lips.

"Don't cry baby" He said wipes her tears.

"I will miss you honey" Ruby Jane said while! sobbing .

"Me too honey... Promise I'll go after you and we will get married" He said and smiled sweetly to her.

"Promise?" Ruby Jane asked.

"Yes promise" He answered sincerely.

I can't tell you that someone trying to break us apart by the way to kill you. Lucas said to his thoughts and that's thoughts breaking his heart.

NEXT DAY 9:23 AM

Ruby Jane P.O.V

The day already come.

The day that I'm leaving from Lucas arms for a I don't know how long but I'd trust him. When he say that he meant it I know him.

"Take care, Honey" He said and kissed my lips dor the last time.

"Please honey come after me" I said and pout at him then he just chuckled.

"Of course honey I will" He said and kissed my pouting lips again.

"Taehyung, promise me you'll protect my princess" Lucas inquired to Taehyung who's standing beside me.

"Yes I will Mr. Manoban" He said and bow his head.

Wait! what? Hes going with? for what? to be my bodyguard? ackkk

"Wait! Is he my—" He cut me off.

"Yes Honey and You two don't have enough time, the pilot is waiting for you two" He said smiling.

"Let's go Ms. Kim" Taehyung said politely as he signed to I'll go first.

I don't have choice but to go. I'm looking down while stepping at the plain stairs.

"I LOVE YOU SO MUCH RUBY JANE KIM!! ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT!!" Lucas suddenly shouted from outside when I'm in the door frame looking at him.

"I love you more" I mouthed and He smiled then the door plain finally close.

It's really sad but we need to do this.

Lucas P.O.V

I will keep you safe and mine Ruby Jane.

Even you call someone for help but you will never break us apart Tzuyu and of course Kai.

yes my stupid step bro step in to the game.

I'm glad that Taehyung didn't get a attitude like him. Taehyung is even better than him.

"Jackson please tell to my secretary I'd have important things to do and tell her to cancel some meetings that actually need me to be present" I command and he bow.

I took the car key from my driver and drive away from my secret place.

The place that my fighter died in front of me.

As I arrived to the place I rapidly got out and enter to the big house.

"Ji-won? how's is it? did you find their place? I asked my friend, a hacker friend.

"Yes Lucas I did" He said and smirked, me as well.

It's time to you Tzuyu and Kai to meet Jesus.

I smirked.
