CHAPTER 23

Ruby Jane P.O.V

I wake up from his safety arms, a morning full of love and happiness.

"Good morning, hon" I greet him softly but I noticed he's already awake and staring at the ceiling. He's in a deep thoughts? I look at him confused.

"Will you marry?" He surprised me about his question and the ring was already on my finger ring, a pretty ring and look so expensive. I can heard my heart beating so loud. The happiness can't hide on my faced the causing me to can't stop smiling.

"Of course, I do" I answered with full of honestly and love.

He smiled to me brightly that I found so adorable.

"Let's take a bath and I need to show you something." He said and kissed my lips.

...

After a warm bath we fix ourselve and went to the kitchen to eat our breakfast.

"I'll show you the most beautiful and secret place for me" He said excitedly and smiled.

"I might be a luxury hotel?" I jokingly asked him.

"Yaaahh! No" He answered and let out a little laughed.

"No I just joking" I said.

"Okay naughty girl, hurry up. I'm so excited to show you this place." He said and pinched my cheek and smiled sweetly.

I think this will be one of the most memorable and unforgettable day in my whole life.

After a more than 15 minutes, we arrived at kinda familiar place. It was so peaceful and calm.

He open the car door for me and hold my hand.

"Now I'll tell you, why this place is so special to me." He said and we started to walked then we reached a bench with a bit tree beside it.

"Take a set" He offered then he sat beside me.

"This is the only place I'd go when I'm sad, tired, feel lonely and... feel so unlovable." He said while looking at the beautiful sky.

I looked at him. I felt sorry to him if I came late to his life to suffer that.

"Because this place is our family place." He said smiling still looking at the sky.

"And this place the we first met" He said and looked at me.

W-what? we already met before?

"I'm sorry?" I'm confused.

***FLASHBACK***

"H-Hi, why are you alone?" A 6 year old Ruby Jane asked a 6 year old Lucas.

"..." Lucas just looking at the sky and ignored her.

"Mom!?... I saw a lonely boy here" A 6 year old Ruby Jane shouted to her mom.

"Can we play?" She asked him.

"Leave me alone" The words he say.

"Why? You love to be lonely?" She asked him and sat beside him.

"If your answer is yes. Me too" She said while looking at the sky.

Lucas finally looked at her.

He was shocked and amazed to the beauty of the little angel beside him. His heart is beating so fast.

"Yes" And He finally answered her.

"Well, Now we never felt lonely start in 3... 2...1." She said happily and looked at him.

"Let's be friends. I'm Ruby Jane" She offered her hand.

"I'm Luc-"

"Ruby Jane honey. We've looking for you where have you been?" Ruby Jane's mom interrupted their moment.

"Mom, I have new friend" She said happily to her mom.

"Okay honey say bye to your friend we going home" Her mom mumbled but Lucas still heard it.

"I'm going home now, Bye Luke" She bid her goodbye wave to Lucas. It makes him smiled because Ruby Jane though his name is luke but the only one he know from now on he will never feel lonely because he met a beautiful angel the sent to him from above.

---END OF FLASHBACK---

"Oh, you're the lonely boy I met when were last day of our vacation here." I put my hand to my mouth.

"Yes it's me" He said and smiled.

"You changed my life that day" He said smiling and hold my hand.

"W-why I didn't recognize you? because I thought your name is luke?" I asked and We both laughed.

"I guess so" He said and laughed.

"I'm looking and waiting for you since the day I met you. It just a small of time but I fell inloved with you" He was so sincere and pure.

My heart beating so loud.

"Now I found you and I don't let anyone destroy our love story Ruby Jane."

Now I literally understand why he so protective to me and I love it.

"But tommorow, I let you come back to Korea to see your family. I already talk to my private pilot for immediately flight" He said and smiled.

"But-are you sure?" She asked him and he gently squeeze my hand.

"Yes but don't worry I going next to you. I want to asked your parents If I can marry you" He said and it's make my heart so soft.

"Promise?" I asked him and offer my pinky.

"Promise" And he accept my pinky swear.

"You promised huh!" I said and pout.

"Yes I've promise" And he kissed my pouting lips.

Goodmorninggg it's a prank HAHAHA I'll update to my DIE FOR YOU story since some of you say continue that sorry so yeah wait for it later. ❤️
