" The weather is bad, it seems like it will take awhile to get there." The driver said

" Cancel my plans and head back home." Lorenzo said while he used his phone

Walking in the house he felt relaxed by the warmth the house brought in making him smile a little but soon died down when he heard laughter coming from the living room.

"Oh my gosh, stop!" The voice yelled

Walking in his was greeted by his wife throwing a pillow at his beast friend.

"Alex stop moving!" She yelled back and he sticked out his tongue and ran away.

Lorenzo sighed and walked to his wife before she could hurt herself, especially if they were still expecting a baby on the way.

"Calm down love." He said before kissing her temple

She relaxed once he kissed her temple then sighed.

"I miss you." She said as she looked up at him smiling

"I wish I could say the same." A new voice said and Lorenzo looked up and glared at him

"What are you doing here anyway?" He asked him

"What!? I'm your best friend and you still treat me like this." Alex said pretending to be hurt as he put his hand on his chest

"You can now go home." His wife said and he sighed

"I see, none of you guys want me here so bye." Alex said dramatically before leaving

His wife giggled and he shook his head.

"You're hurting his feelings." Lorenzo said and she smiled

"What are friends for." She said

Lorenzo stopped by the driveway and turned to look at Josephine. She seemed to be busy thinking about something.

Josephine's eyebrows were knitted as she deeply thought about something.

"Dad." She called without moving her eyes from the window

"Yes, pumpkin." He answered and waited for five seconds before she answered

"Are you guys part of a gang or something?" She asked without a worry laced in her tone

Lorenzo knew that one day his little pumpkin would have asked such a question. Especially when she once witness them holding guns.

He exhaled and said," Yes pumpkin."

She wasn't scared at all or even terrified.

This news wasn't even anything new to her. So they sat in the car in silence.

Then next day Josephine woke up too early for her liking.

She didn't know why.

Was it because school was reopening again for the new semester or because she could finally meet all her friends again.

Getting of the bed she stretched her arms out and yawned.

Walking to the bathroom she tilted her head to the side and shrugged her shoulders. If she woke up early then it won't hurt to take a long bubble bath.

Give it back!" Josephine yelled while trying to get her phone

"No." Alaric said while raising his hands higher

"If you don't I will tell Apollo." She said and he playfully glared at her

"You wouldn't dare." He said and she scream out Apollo's name

He quickly gave her phone back and escaped through the back door. He didn't want what happened last time to happen again.

"Why are you screaming out Apollo's name, his not here." Luca said and she shrugged her shoulders

" I was just practicing my acting." She said and Luca rolled his eyes

"Why are you lying, everyone knows you can't act nor can't even stand in front of a crowd." He said

"Luca stop before you hurt her feelings again." Samson said as he walked in

" Anyways hurry up so I can drop you off to school." Luca said while swinging his car keys around his finger as he watched Josephine pack her lunch.

"I still can't believe you made it out of highschool." Samson said in a joking manner

Luca rolled his eyes and stopped swinging his car keys. Then he pushed himself off the wall and heading to the door when he noticed Josephine was done packing her lunch.

"Geez, that boy can't take a joke." Samson said while chuckling

Once Josephine got her school bag she looked around for Luca and sighed when Samson pointed to the door.

She hugged him and looked up to him and smiled.

"I missed you." She said

"I missed you too." Sunwoo said before capturing her lips into a short and passionate kiss

"So early in the morning and I have to watch this." Cherry said out of the blue reminding them that they weren't alone

Josephine blushed in embarrassment as she remembered that he just kissed her in front of everyone.

Sunwoo smiled at her while he still held her in his embrace.

"Oh and there she comes." Nicky said while she stared at the entrance to the school

Josephine looked away from Sunwoo to see what Nicky meant.

"I can't believe we still have to see that witch." Nicky said

Josephine stared at the too familiar girl and sighed. She did fell sorry for her.

She seemed to have changed her style and she looked sick.

Something in Josephine told her that Nikita wasn't pleased to see her either.
