Chapter 39

James POV

Today is Hayley's birthday and she's been the same and it's been three months already. Everyone is coming over today. She came down and sat at the table. "Happy birthday Hayley." "Yeah Happy birthday Hayley. Said Lily" "happy birthday Hayley. Said Harry" She ate her food and went back to her room. We all looked at each other because we knew how much she loved her birthday she always got dressed up but now she's always in sweat and a sweatshirt. Everyone arrived and came inside. "Where is she. Said Minnie" "her room she ate and left to her room." They all went and sat down on the couch. Snape came everyday to come and check on Hayley we all knew we were losing her. "Let me see her. Said Snape" We walked to her room didn't bother to knock cause we knew she won't answer. "Hayley it's your birthday. Said Snape" she didn't respond. "Hayley c'mon it's tradition to have cake all over you c'mon lets go do it. Said Snape." She didn't respond and just stared up at the ceiling. We walked back down and everyone was hoping for her to be coming down with us. "You broke that sweet little girl. She is broken because you sent her to that hospital. Said Snape" Then he left we told the kids to go outside so we can talk. "He's right we did brake her when we sent her their." "No you didn't you wanted to help her you didn't know this would happen. Said Minnie" "just before we sent her she was just laughing now she doesn't even speak at all. We always left the music room door unlocked incase she wanted to sing. Everything was quiet then we heard the piano.

We all looked at each other because no one has heard her voice in three months. Once she finished we raced up to see her but she was gone. She must've went to her room already so we went to check on her and she was in the same position so we walked back downstairs. "Was that her. Said Minnie"  "yeah it was I haven't heard her sing in a while." "Yeah she has a beautiful voice. Said Tonks" By now it was dinner so sent one of the kids to get Hayley they came back down. Hayley sat down and waited for her food. She finished her food then went back to her room. "She looks tired. Said Remus" "she doesn't sleep I check up on her at night and see her awake just staring at the ceiling." We sent Lily to get Hayley for the cake but only Lily came down. "Where is Hayley." "She's not coming. Said Lily" We cut the cake and gave it too the kids. We heard noises coming from Hayley's room so we stood by hear door. She was watching old videos of herself. We walked back downstairs. "What was she watching. Said Molly" "old memories Mary recorded everything so did Jackson."

Mary's POV

It's been three months Hayley isn't doing well. She's home but doesn't talk or leave her room they go and check on her but she doesn't talk or move. "She's watching the videos. Said Jackson." "I'm worried for her. Said Francis." "Me too me too." We just watched over Hayley we saw everything that has happened to her. She still practices her magic.

Hayley's POV

Today is my first birthday with out my mom or brothers. I'm just watching old video's of us. Then I saw a video of me and Theo they got him getting on one knee. I'm assuming it was Rose she was always recording me and Theo. I finished watching them and laid back down. Then someone walked in. "Hayley. Said Mia" I didn't respond. "Hayley dear I'm leaving I'll see you tomorrow. Said Mia." She gave me a kiss then left the room. Then James walked in. "Hayley luv please look at me. Said James" I looked at him. "What did they do to you I need to know please Hayley I can't watch you like this. Said James" I pointed for him to sit down then he did. I hesitated at first. "The first night they injected me with stuff. Then as everyday went by they did it sometimes at night too. Their was this one time I thought they were going to inject me again but I was wrong it was three guys. I begged them to stop no matter how much I screamed or begged they put my clothes back on then threw me into the cell. They injected me shocked me everyday for the entire month it hurted at first then it stopped hurting I got used to it so it doesn't hurt. I tried to escape but I would get injected more than I stopped trying too. I just gotten use too it I never got sleep because they would come and go at first I begged them to stop but I just stopped begging." He had tears in his eyes. He pulled me into a hug. He laid with me and I fell asleep.

James POV

The kids are asleep while the others are waiting for me. I made sure she was asleep first before I left. I walked down and they were waiting for me. "Did she say anything. Said Molly" "Yeah she did." "What did she tell you. Said Lily" "it's was a therapy hospital it was for people to get experiment on. They experimented on her shocked her and many more things." "What do you mean the people were so nice. Said Sirius" "that's what they wanted the parents to think that they were nice but once they get the kid they aren't nice. Said Hayley" She was sitting on the steps they were all shocked to hear her. "I was the only one their so I was their number 1 experiment. Never slept because they would just come and grab me. It hurted at first but then I got used to it. Said Hayley" She lifted up her sleeves and we saw needle injections. "Everyday was a new injection they never stuck to one so they just added them all in me didn't matter what time of day. Only because I was their for a month but if I was their longer they would've did more experiments. Before I left on the last day I tried to escape I was already outside then I got injected and woke up in the cell again. Said Hayley" I walked over to her and hugged her I took her back to her bed. "I thought you were asleep." "I was then I woke up I get flash backs of everything I get panic attacks more often. Every single day I have one but I just learned to live with it. Said Hayley" I went and laid with Hayley. "I'm sorry. Said Hayley" "don't say sorry I'm the one who should say sorry for leaving you their. I'm sorry Hayley I didn't mean too I just wanted to help you and I didn't know how to." "Its fine and I didn't mean what I said I was just mad at you. Said Hayley" "it's ok I deserved it." I laid on his chest with my head in his neck. "I'm sorry dad. Said Hayley" "it's alright I forgive you ok." "I love you daddy. Said Hayley" "I love you too your like my little princess ok nothing is going to happen to you ok not anymore I'm going to protect you." "Thank you. Said Hayley" She fell asleep on me I just stayed here because I knew she needed the sleep then I fell asleep.

Lily's POV

James took Hayley up to her room. We all waited for him to come back down but he never did so we went to go check on them. We were gonna open the door when they started to talk. Then we heard Hayley say. "I love you daddy." Then we all went back downstairs. "Yup she definitely has him wrapped around her finger all she has to do is say daddy please.
