(Kirishima) Dancing In The Rain

You pout looking at the rain. It's been raining for a few hours and you and your boyfriend, Kirishima, have been stuck inside. It was your birthday and you both had planned to go out to celebrate. You guys decided to just watch a movie, which you didn't mind, but ever since you both became pro heroes, it was extremely rare for both of you to have a day off, let alone on your birthday. An idea pops into your head and a smile creeps into your face as you walk to the kitchen. The sound of popping got louder as you near the kitchen, and the buttery smell of popcorn reached you, making you hungry. You look in the kitchen and see Kirishima waiting for the popcorn to finish. You sneak into the kitchen and give him a surprise back hug, startling him.

"Y/N! I didn't notice you," he says glancing behind his shoulder. He turns around and gives you a soft kiss on the head, making you all warm inside.

"Is there anything you want, pebble?" he asks gently, and you give him a playful grin and grab him by the arms and pull him towards the door. He raises an eyebrow as you put on your shoes.

"Wait, what are you doing? It's raining outside!" he calls after you, as you run outside.

"Come on Kiri, let's dance!" You shout out to him and twirl around in the rain laughing. He sighs but smiles.

"Your gonna catch a cold," he comes over to us and you link hands. He puts his hand around your waist and you both dance to the non-existent music. The drops of water hit your face, feeling refreshing. Your wet hair sticks to your face, but you don't mind. You look at your boyfriend and see that he's trying to blow a piece of his hair away from his face. His usual spiky hair was down and all over his face, making him uncomfortable. His cheeks puffed up and his pouty expression makes you laugh. He looks at you and realizes that you were watching him, and he blushes from embarrassment, but soon he starts to laugh as well. After a while, the rain starts coming down hard, making you intentionally shiver. Kirishima notices and pulls you close to him, your face leaning on his chest. You feel your face turn hot as this was pretty sudden but you close your eyes and listen to his heartbeat. It was calm and relaxing, and all of the memories you shared with Kirishima came flooding back. When you first met, your first kiss, your anniversaries, when you both graduated from U.A and became pro-heroes.

"Hey Y/N," Kirishima says, snapping you back to reality. You look up at him and he cupped your face in his hands. You beam at him, and a warm smile appears on his face.

"I love you so much," he announces and gives you a passionate kiss, leaving you breathless. You run your hands through his wet hair, and your tongue explores his mouth. You both let go and the butterflies that formed from the day you saw his face re-appear, and your face flushes. You've always wanted to have a kiss in the rain, and though it would only happen with your soulmate. It seems like you found him.

"I love you too Kirishima," You reply back and, out of nowhere, sneeze. Kirishima sighs and picks you up with his strong arms, amazing you.

"Come on now, you're getting sick," he says and you giggle and lean on his chest, knowing that this would be a birthday you wouldn't forget.
