Erens POV

"Shhhhhh! Hurry before they see that we're missing and come looking for us!" I whispered frantically as I dragged Levi down the small corridor to our secret spot up on the roof. It'd been almost four weeks since we had last gotten to see each other. My father caught me sneaking out one night to see Levi after he had forbidden us to ever be together. He didn't want a gay son to spoil the Jaeger family name. But I continue to disregard his feelings because
I love Levi. Yes. Yes I do. I love this man a lot and he loves me back I'm sure of it.

We continue to run down the small hallway until we reach the long spiral staircase that leads up to the roof. "You first." I murmur in Levi's ear brushing away a stray piece of hair from his face taking a few seconds to stare into his beautiful almost gray eyes that only seemed to hold emotion for me. Otherwise they and himself were expressionless. He smiled slightly and took my hand leading me up the staircase.

We get outside and I slowly close the big wooden door behind us and it clicks softly. The cool summer breeze hits us instantly and cools the forming presperation on our foreheads. I lead Levi over to the left and we sit on the ledge overlooking the swiftly flowing river known as Titan River and the mountains beyond it were the Marias. As much as I hate Maria Acadamy for Exceptional Men and Woman, I'll have to admit that it has some pretty amazing views. I wrapped an arm around Levi and he laid his head on my shoulder. We don't talk much when we come here. We don't need to. It's like our only safe haven and the only place we can really be alone together.

My father is the headmaster of Maria Acadamy so I really don't get much of a say when it comes to what I want. It's always his way or the highway. I'm here to become a lawyer. Because that's what father wants. But me? I want to be a professor of foreign languages. Levi told me that he's here to become a psychologist. But if my father doesn't get off his ass and stop making him fail every single major test we have then he will definatley have a great shot at that field. Levi is only being punished because a professor saw me kiss his cheek during class change and he went and told my father. So instead of ruining his sons career he decides to ruin the one I loves career. Thanks dad. I've never liked you anyway.

We sit for a while longer just enjoying each others much needed company and then the dinner bell rings signaling that it was 6 o'clock and that everyone needed to head to the dining hall. I always jump at the sound because it takes me away from my thoughts. I always find ways to forget about this place but then it always seems to come back and punch me in the face. Levi hugs me tightly and we walk back to the wooden door. I open it and let him go down by himself and I follow soon after. Just so nothing looks suspicious.
