Chapter 4

I walk to my next class and the halls are empty. I'm late because of my little talk with Professor Bertoldt. I sigh already exhausted and take as much time as possible to get to my next class.

"Erennn. Come here." Someone hisses quietly and I turn around looking for the owner of the voice. Levi appears from behind a wall and smiles tugging at my shirt sleeve. "Let's go back to your room please Eren? I miss you and I can't focus in class because you're all I think about. Please?" He whispers to me his eyes begging me to say yes. I know it's a horrible idea but I need to be with him. I need all the time I can get with him. Besides I can just tell my dad I was really sick and that's why I wasn't in class right?

I take his hand and quickly lead him through the hallways to my room. We quietly slip in and I immediately lean into a much needed kiss. Our kisses are always sloppy and seen rushed but we don't care. We don't get many of these kisses so there isn't anytime for us to mess around. We both pull away breathless and I have this huge grin on my face and Levi smirks. "You miss me?" He whispers and I embrace him in a tight hug and mutter "shut up. You know I did." He laughs and we collapse on my bed, my arms still around him.

"How was your test in psychology today?" I ask nervously knowing that it was his midterm. He looks at me and smiles saying "I made a 96. Highest grade in the class! And my test was the same as the others!" I kiss his nose and reply "that's great! Good job love." And mentally thank my dad because he doesn't help people very often.

We lay together and talk until the bell for lunch rings. I give him a hug and we walk opposite ways to the dining hall for lunch. I sit with Armin and Mikasa. Our table was diagonal from Levi's but beside the professors. I try to keep my gaze from wandering over to Levi but I can't and Armin catches me staring and kicks me under the table making me jump. "Dude stop staring. You're probably weirding him out and you're lucky your dad hasn't caught you." I roll my eyes and Mikasa pipes up " Armin's right you know. He told me what happened. Listen Eren I know you think you love Levi but he's not worth you getting beat. You need to let him go." I glare at her and Armin elbows her gently "hey Mika let's not bring this up here..." She nods and I concentrate on my plate of half eaten ham and mashed potatoes. The butlers come for our trays and I storm out of the room ignoring Mikasa and Armin.

I go straight to class as others slowly file in. This one wasn't too bad. It was math so I didn't have to try very hard in it. I was pretty good. Sometimes if I finish my work quickly and its right. Professor Annie lets me go to the library to read. Today was one of those days. I turn in my paper and she writes me a note. I get out of class and decide to go to my room instead. I open my room door and smile a little. "Hey brat..." Levi says sitting on my bed. "Didn't feel like going to the library either?" He asks as I join him. "Well no I was actually going to take a nap but you're here." I say nudging him playfully. He makes a tch sound and purrs "but I came to see my Ewennn." Stroking my hair. "I'm glad you did." I purr back kissing his cheek and I lay down beside him.

We lay there and eventually both of us fall asleep wrapped in each others comforting embrace. The dinner bell rings and I jolt awake. "Holy shit levi we missed three classes. My dad is going to kill me!" I whine my heart racing as I imagine his anger and him throwing things and hitting me mercilessly.
