Waiting.
Minutes go by...
Hours...
No sign of Eddie's beloved.
Eddie rests his head on her headstone, his ginger hair messy as ever and his round cheeks stained with tears. He had gotten his hopes up so high only to be torn down; after all, he was all alone again.
After awhile of moping around and crying, Eddie finally gathered the courage to check his cameras to see where his beloved was now. If she was dead, if she was in pain, anything and everything that was happening to her. His green eyes teared up as he shakily looked at each screen, not wanting to see the beautiful girl all torn up and broken. However, she wasn't anywhere to be seen, Cathy sitting and playing with her hair at her cameras.
Eddie lifted an eyebrow, tilting his head. If (Y/n) wasn't on Cathy's floor, that meant she must've made it through, right? His heart pounded out of control, checking B2 next. However, she wasn't there either, along with Gray.
"What...?" Eddie murmured, a lock of ginger falling in his face and tickling his nose. "Then...where could she be? The end game announcement didn't go off yet...! So, she must be on Gray's floor, right? But...she's nowhere to be found?! Ahhh, what if something bad happened to her?!"
As if someone heard his cries, the loudspeaker screeched with noise. His eyes widened as he began to listen for the announcement.
"Angels, please report to B2. Do not bring your weapon. Repeat: Angels, please report to B2. Do not bring your weapon."
Eddie's heart sank; he had never heard that announcement before. This meant that he would have to come in contact with the adults, which he wasn't fond of. With a big gulp, he stood up and put his mask back on along with his gloves. Then, he made his way to B2.
The elevator stopped at B3, like usual, allowing Eddie to step off and make his way through the floor. All of the traps were already set off and blood was splattered on the ground. That's when he realized that (Y/n) must've set these off and this must be (Y/n)'s blood.
"Her blood...is so pretty..." Eddie's glittery eyes became cold and empty, blush on his cheeks as he smiled at the sight. "It would be prettier in a grave of mine..." With that thought out of the way, Eddie rushed to the elevator and went up to B2.
Cathy was already walking down the hall that Eddie was let out on, her high heels clicking on the stone floor. Eddie's boots left dirt on the floor as he ran towards Cathy and began walking next to her. Though he wouldn't want to admit it, Cathy made him feel safer.
"Hey...what do you think he wants? The reverend, I mean..." Eddie muttered, looking up at the woman.
"Why would I know?" Cathy snapped, rolling her eyes at the grave keeper.
Eddie was going to spit something back, but held his tongue. He didn't want to start arguing with her already. "Did (Y/n) make it through your floor?" Cathy's green eyes shot one million bullets at Eddie. That gave the answer away immediately. Underneath his burlap mask, Eddie grinned cheekily, knowing that (Y/n) had made it through. "What a smart girl..."
"Anyway, let's just wait here," Cathy said, entering the sanctuary and sitting down in on of the long benches. Eddie sat down next to her, in which she moved away from him arrogantly, folding her arms.
After a few moments, Danny bursted through the doors in a panic. "Zack-he-he has his scythe and-!
"OI, WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT?!" Zack roared as he stormed into the sanctuary and began looking for the one who called him up there; Gray.
