My heart aches
My soul breaks
Where were you when I needed you?
Where were you when I called for you?
Silent tears run down my face
Screams for help but no escape
I can't believe that I was so dumb
To fall for you and break down my walls
The veil of obliviousness blinded me
But now I see reality
My heart is now torn and numb
All because I was so dumb
Maybe one day you will see
That all I wanted was honestly
