Am I supposed to step in?

What if she's in there?

Ahh sh*t.

I'm not gonna look at her anymore.

But she's looking at me. Does she really not remember me? What happened to her back there? I knew she came back here last week but she doesn't seem to notice nor remember me.

I'm looking at her right now and I can really see her looking nervous but curious at the same time.

I feel hurt and angry. I thought she would

comeback.

None of them know what really is happening. He knows her but she doesn't know him.

Johnny was 9 yrs old
Gaerdehart was 7 yrs old

"Are you gonna promise to comeback here?" His eyes hopeful for her answer.

"Of course Johnny. I will come back here. We can still visit and we can still play."

"But you're far away now. Jaehyun is the only one I can play with now." She looked at him with a sad smile on her face.

"You still have Jaehyun. It's okay and don't worry." She cupped her hands on his face.

"I will always remember you. I will comeback here. I promise." He looked so sad that she couldn't help but hug him.

"Before you go, I want to give you this." He reached from his pocket to give her the necklace he made for her. It was with colorful beads and a heart shaped little marble stone with a carved name Johnny ♡ Hart.

"I didn't carve the names but my mom did. I just want you to remember me when you go to your new home. Please don't forget about me." And then he kissed her forehead.

"I'll wait for you and that's all that matters"

She was flustered by the sudden movement. She never expected Johnny to kiss her in the forehead.

"I will." She said.
