A Garden of Rose and Happiness

Roses have thorns

We spent the entire afternoon cleaning the garden, "Now all we need is flowers!" Asukka said, "Mr. Ace do you have flower seeds in ur house?""Please stop calling me Mr. just Ace, and yes I have flower seeds, Ill bring them tomorrow" I replied, "Good! Ill bring some of mine too" she smiled at me and I smiled back, we grab our bags and exited the school, "Hey, wanna go home together?" she asked, "sure, why not?" I replied as we were walking down the street to our houses, I noticed that she's shorter than me and she smells like lavender, her white hair is very beautiful "Asukka, why is your hair white?" I asked, she looked at me as if she were scared "W-why do you want to know?" she stuttered, "You okay?" I asked, she stares at me blankly and hugged me, "Ace, if i tell you about my life, you'll get involved with me, are you sure you want that?" she said, I was hesitant at first and escaped from her embrace "Asukka, what the hell are you talking about?" she smiled at me and ran away, I just looked at her getting farther and farther away.I went home, tired, and plopped onto my bed. My mom entered my room and asked if I was alright, "Mom, If I get involved with someone whom i just met, what should I do?" I asked, she chuckled a little "Nak, that's up to you whether to accept that or not and as long as your ready to carry her burden with her then everything will be fine" She said and kissed me on the forehead "Come downstairs, we have pie" I smiled at her and went downstairs. I wonder why Asukka ran away, did she not like me being involved? but when she hugged me, it felt so familiar and strange, it's almost as if I went back in time, with that thought in mind, I fell asleep.

I woke up the next morning and ate breakfast and went to school, then I saw Asukka near the gate she looked at me and she smiled "Hi Ace, ehehe sorry for running away yesterday" she said, "I promise ill make it up to you today, oh and did you bring the flower seeds?" she asked, I nod at her and she smiled widely "Great! lets go to class?" she said and walked to our classroom.Class is boring as usual, I almost fell asleep too, and I'm here helping a girl plant flowers "May I have that water bucket please?" she asked, I gave her the water bucket and went on with my planting "Thank you for helping me Ace, what flower seeds did you bring by the way?" she asked, "Chrysanthemums, my mom has flower seeds and gave it to me" I replied, "What did you bring?" I asked, "I brought roses and sunflower seeds" she replied, we continued our planting and I noticed that Asukka is wearing gardener attire meanwhile I was in my normal wear with boots, "you must love gardening huh, Asukka?" I asked "Yup! my mom used to bring me to parks and gardens until she passed away," she said, her smile became a sad one, I pat her back and said i was sorry, "hey about yesterday, what's your answer to my question?' she asked, oh yeah that, I looked away and continued with my planting "Give me some time okay?" I said, she smiled.We finished up with our planting, finally, and went home as soon as we were near the gate "Asukka, I've made my decision" I said, "I'll be part of your life as long as your alive!" as the wind gust, the trees make a bustling sound, I saw Asuka's tears fall "Sure!" she shouted, I smiled and she smiled back "Ah before I forget" she said as she reaches something from her bag "here" she hands me her diary with a cover picture of a black rose "They said that a black rose isn't a natural rose, but I think that's not true" she said, I grab the diary from her hands and held it "Let's go home?" she said, I nodded at her and started walking down the street. Asukka's Diary, it feels so familiar too, who could you be?
