Death knocks on her door with flowers

I went home satisfied and happy, "Oiii, welcome back son!" My dad greeted, "So you got the girl?" he asked, I nodded at him and smiled, "That's awesome! now come here and eat mom's making chicken pie" he said, Home really is the best place.

After eating dinner, I rushed into the room and pulled my phone out, and called her, she answered

*Hey Ace!" she said and chuckled

*Hey, did you enjoy the carnival?" I asked, I went outside my balcony and basked in the moonlight.

*It was amazing, the fireworks, the rides, and t-t-the kiss..." she replied, I can feel my cheeks burning up.

*oh! oh yeah, t-that was my first kiss too and I had fun in the carnival, by the way, you were badass in the shooting range," I said, she chuckled and laughed.

*Is that so? Thank you" she said, "Hey, let me hear those words again," she said.

*E-ehhh n-no way, that's very embarrassing" I said, she chuckled.

*So saying you love me is embarrassing now huh?" she said, now that I thought about it, I never really did say I love her

*Hmmm, fine here goes" I said and breathed deeply, "I love you Asukka," I said.

*I love you too Ace, I really am glad I fell in love with you" she said, "So when are we doing it eh?" she said, she laughed while I felt my cheeks red *W-w-what are you saying! l-l-let's wait when we get married!" I said I felt my cheeks getting warmer again *Pfft Ahahaha, yeah sure! Let's get married okay?" she said, I smiled and said "Yes!", I went to sleep with a very smiley feeling.

I woke up and went to school the next day, excited to meet her but when I arrived at our classroom she wasn't there then it started to rain, I went to the garden to look for her but she wasn't there either, I watered the flowers and took care of them, I don't want momma Asukka to be mad at me, I went back to my classroom and sat on my chair "Hey dude" Harold greeted me, he waved at me "Yow, have you seen Asukka?" I asked, "No, haven't actually," he said and put his head back at the desk, the teacher arrived at the classroom.

After classes were over, I then went to her house and knocked on her door "Hey Asukka?" I said but got no reply, I peeked at the window but I couldn't see anything, I look at my feet and noticed a sheet of paper.

I knew you would look for me, come to this address if you want to see me

The address isn't very far from my house, I rode in a taxi and showed the driver the address, I feel something chilling from my back as if going to this address is a bad idea but I wanna see her so much.

I arrived at a hospital, I checked the sheet of paper and her room number is 563, I wonder what she's doing here, I went inside the building and asked for room 563 "Are you a relative?" the nurse asked, "No, I'm just a visitor" I replied and she asked for my name, I gave her my name, "Follow me please" She said, I followed her "This is room 563" She said, I feel nervous but mustered up the courage and opened the door.

"Hey, Ace," She said, there she was with tubes and wirings on her body, she smiled at me as if she was okay.
