The New Girl

Chapter 1:Mari

Mari's POV:

I walk into my new college and try to find registration but I ran into literally a boy with dirty blonde hair and he was buff."Sorry" I say in panic picking up my stuff and my bag of video games I definitely needed that."Ummmm no it's my fault I should've looked where I was going," he said. I looked up he was carrying new books but has been here for a while because he wasn't in the line for registration which was like a mile long. He looked up at me and smiled "Hey new girl I'm David Moss most people call me lasercorn," Lasercorn? What kind of nickname is that? I was surprised he did't ask me my name. I picked up my stuff and walked up to he desk. Smiling at "lasercorn" getting my schedule and room key. Room 51. Where's that? Oh maybe lasercorn would know. "LASERCORN,do you know where room 51 is,". He smiled. "As a matter of fact I do my room is Room 52 right across from it, follow me new girl,". I followed him and tried to unlocked me door..fail..tried again....fail.....tried again.....fail. Than all of a sudden an arm went over mine unlocking the door the first time. I spun around and saw lasercorn smiling saying "Your welcome," I was still standing with the door wide open behind me. "Thank you," I said quickly going in my room slamming the door behind me. My heart was in my head...no not my stomach my head because my head was pounding by my heart beat rhythm. I sunk down my door an then noticed my roommate. I jumped up. Her hair was the color of chestnuts and was wearing glasses reading "How to Kill a Mockingbird" this was awkward did she see me talking to 'lasercorn' was she even paying attention. "Hi,I'm Mariko Takahashi but please call me Mari," she looked up and put the book away. "Hi,I'm Kalel you can call me Kalel," Kalel seems nice she's very calm for meeting someone new."I saw you talking to David,you're new right you probably ran into him or he ran into you literally he's not my boyfriend but he is my boyfriend Anthony's best friend,let me see your schedule,".I handed her my schedule and she brought it over to a 2014 Dell laptop and compared it to other schedules.

1rst Period:Sociology with O'Brien and David,Ian,and Matt are in your class

2nd Period:Study Hall

3rd Period:History with McDonald and David,Melanie,and I

4th Period:Geography with Geoffrey and David and Anthony

5th Period:Gym with Caspar and David,Josh,and Matt

6th Period:English with Donaldson and David and ugh Peter

LUNCH

Last Period:Art with Simpson and David.

There now you know who you'll know in each class we're going to Josh,Matt,and David's room after we get better dressed and Anthony,Ian,and Melanie will be there too". I was wondering who Peter was because he's in my English class and she didn't mention him."Who's Peter?" I asked out of curiosity "He's a bully he bullies everyone who is odd and he's on David and Anthony's football team," oh so he's a big fat bully David better have a seat next to him open in Donaldson's class.

-Later the day-

Kalel and I walked in and I saw David and two other boys which I suspected was Matt and Josh.Kalel dashed off to a boy with emo hair sitting on a bed which was probably Anthony and a girl and a boy which I suspected was Melanie and Ian. I sat down next to David and whispered "hi" he looked over and smiled he whispered "hey" back.This was awkward. His hair was messed up well more than earlier.When the game was over the two boys said "David who's the hottie?" I blushed. David gave them death glares and I laughed "This is Mari she's Kalel new roommate but to me she's new girl," and under his breath he leaned in and said "don't call her hot,".I smiled he was defending me I think. "I'm Matt and this is Josh," the skinnie one said. Kalel said "Mari this is Anthony and that's Ian and Melanie they're too busy making out to introduce themselves," I laughed again and David smiled at me laughing. His smile makes my heart melt like a popsicle on a hot day. Matt asked "Anyone wanna beer?" I looked around nervously. Kalel and Anthony yelled "HELL YEAH!!!1" followed with Ian and Melanie stop swallowing each other tounges and said "Yeah," Josh said "Definetly,' David looked at me then said "I'll stay sober to watch all you brats," Matt said "David turning down a beer wow,Mari?" I looked quickly "No,I don't drink." Everyone stared at her then looked away."Josh come with me," and just like that they left.David said play a video game with me.THIS was the one thing I'm good at."Hell Yeah," and just like that we were playing Smash Bros on the Wii U while the couples sucked eachothers tounges down there throughts. Matt and Josh came back with beer and everyone got drunk except for David and I. It was 10 pm when we stopped playing and Josh and Matt screamed "I'M TIRED!!!!!", "Anthony Ian Melanie go to your room," they all went to the door and David helped them leave and then came back for Kalel which was easier I stayed and David and I sat against the wall and I drifted off to sleep around Midnight on Davids shoulder.
