Around 8:45ish was when the boys finally showed up. They don't need much, except a few touches of makeup. I walked up to Leo who was fixing his own hair the way his hair stylist told him too. I guess he really doesn't like it when people play with his hair.
"Morning Leo," I greeted, taking a seat in his director's chair.
"Oh hey Sasha," he responded.
"That's good. Don't ruin it," his hair stylist spoke sternly before walking away.
"So, how was your first time in hair and makeup?" he asked, sitting in the random director's chair.
"Not bad actually. Both artists are really nice and they did a great job with my hair and makeup," I nodded, gesturing to my hair and face. "I'm ready to become Quinn!"
"You look great," Leo told me, flushing at the moment he realized what he said.
"You don't look too bad yourself," I replied. I checked the time on my phone, my eyes widening. "I gotta go find Liv and Jim. Jim wants to talk to me about something and Liv- I don't really know what Liv wants, actually. Bye," I waved.
"Bye," he waved back as I walked away.
"Ah! Sasha! I'm glad you could make it!" Jim beamed as I entered his office. There were two guys in suits sitting in two chairs in front of Jim's desk, making me slightly nervous.
"Hi," I greeted back, still looking at the suited men.
"These two men are Disney officials. They'll be watching you as we film to make sure you're a good fit for the team," Jim told me.
"Good for for the team?" I repeated.
"Since Olivia won't be in most of the episodes of season 3 because of her new Disney movie, we need another lead female icon. If the officials like what they see, there's a good chance you'll be staying on the show," Jim informed me.
"Wow," I squeaked.
"We're not as mean as we look," a suited man told me. "I'm Chad, I'll be watching your interactions with the extras, actors, actresses, and crew members."
"I'm Sean and I'll be doing the same," the other suited man told me.
"Should I be nervous?" I asked, seriously making the two men laughed.
"I like this one," Chad pointed at me. That made a wave of relief wash over me.
"Thank you, Sasha. I would like to speak to the officials about some other business before we start filming, so feel free to hang out with the others," Jim said. I nodded before obediently leaving.
"There you are!" I heard Liv say as I exited Jim's office.
"Sorry, Jim said he needed to talk to me," I apologized, walking towards Liv.
"What'd he wanna talk about?" Liv asked.
"There were two guys in his office in suits named Chad and Sean. They'll be watching how I interact with everyone on set to see if I'm a good fit for the team. Since you're gonna be filming that new Disney movie, you won't be in half of the episodes in season 3. They still want a female icon, as they put it, in the show, so, if the officials like me, I'm probably gonna have an official part on the show!" I explained. Liv started squealing and jumping excitedly.
"What's going on?" I heard Leo ask.
"Yeah, why is little Ms. Jumpypants so squealy?" Mateo added as he, Leo, and Dylan approached us.
"Sasha might have an official part on the show!" Liv squealed.
"Really?" Dylan asked hopefully as Liv nodded quickly.
"What?!" I heard Nicole demand. Me and the cast whipped around to see a livid Nicole. "What are they talking about?" she glared.
"Well, nothing's official yet, but I might have an official part on the show! Isn't that exciting?" I asked, hoping for a positive reaction.
"Oh yes, that's wonderful. See you at home, cuz," Nicole spoke through gritted teeth and a fake smile before walking away. Odd.

"I am not allowing you to go and steal Nicole's dream! You are not going to take the part!" my mother screamed at me the second I entered the house. Filming today was great, so my spirits were still lifted. Although, I haven't heard from Chad or Sean yet.
"What're you-"
"-Oh don't act all innocent! You stole the part I was born to play and the dream I was born to fulfill!" Nicole cut me off.
"But I was just-"
"-Go to your room and think about what you've done! No dinner for you!" my mother pointed upstairs, cutting me off again. There goes my happy mood. I trudged upstairs, slamming my door and locking it. "DON'T SLAM YOUR DOOR!" I heard my mother screech.
I took a breath, deciding to shower to calm my nerves. I took a 30 minute shower, thinking about everything. Like how my dream of becoming an actress and best friends with Liv came true. How I might become an official member of the Kickin' It family. How I finally overshadow Nicole. And how I started to feel differently when I'm around Leo. That's the one that stumped me. Whenever he's around I want his attention on me, but not on me at the same time. I wanna look nice, but not to a point where it's obvious.
This, of course, led my brain to his beautiful chocolate brown hair, his milky brown eyes, and his sharp jawline. His pink plump lips that make any word sound angelic. I can't be falling for him, right? I mean, he's my costar. That'd be unprofessional. But our characters do date in the show.
I turned off the shower, deciding to drop the confusing feeling. I changed into some comfortable light gray sweatpants and a white tank top. I threw my wet hair into a messy bun before returning to my phone which lay on my bedside table charging.
I turned it on to see that I missed a call from a mysterious number. Curiously, I checked if the caller left a message. Fortunately they did. I put the phone up to my ear to listen. Once the message ended, my mouth was agape and I felt like I was on cloud 9. I quickly dialed Liv's number.
"Hello?" she answered.
"I got it, Liv! I'm officially a Kickin' It cast member!"

I just realized I'm 8 chapters in and barely anything has happened between Sasha and Leo. Hopefully I'll be able to change that in the upcoming chapters. Bye for now, loves!
