The wind hitting her body making her hair fly around in the cool night summer. Her eyes look up to the sky, she looks straight at the moon and then down back to her shoes. On the balcony of her home waiting for her dad to call her in
Her white frilly dress sways back and forth from the wind. "Kang Seoyoon your father is waiting for you inside" her maid calls out
Her father and mother were divorced. Her dad was rich and living well, while her mother had two jobs and was busy trying to make money. Her dad lived in new york while her mom lived in korea
"Thank you"
She turns her body and walks slowly inside. She enters her room and closes the french doors that lead to her balcony. turning around seeing her dad
"Are you sure you want to go with your mom?" He asks reaching for her hands
He caressed it and she sighed "i think being with mom during the school years will be better. I will come visit next year during the summer again, don't worry dad"
He then sighs and looks down "Just call me if your struggling with money or food"
"Of course! You can't let me die" she jokes
"I will send you out on my jet tomorrow morning back to korea. I cant bare to see you with random people in a plane by yourself"
"Thank you"
She then gave him a peck on the cheek and hugged him. He walked out her room leaving her alone in the biggest room she has ever lived in. She wasn't ready to go back to Korea but she knew she had to for her mom.
"I miss her" she whispers grabbing a pillow from her bed and hugging it. Her eyes drifting slowly closing her eyes and laying down on her bed. She didn't realize she had fallen asleep. .....
Before getting into the story let me explain.
The soulmate, blah blah blah getting touched with your soulmate will immediately have their initials on your wrist. After 5 days without a touch of each other you will immediately start dying. You need your soulmate or else you will die
Seoyoons parents weren't soulmates so they didn't click very well as usual. Her parents were fine until five years ago everything went downhill. Now at 18 she keeps going back and forth from NY to Seoul.
She did go to school in New York so this is her first time going to school in Korea. She was scared and excited

Seoyoons POV
I was on the jet flying to Korea, funny how my first time on any flying thing i was always tense and nervous but now, its different. I felt a vibration from my phone which made me look down and turn it on
{Cant wait to see you <3} -Mum
I smiled and looked back outside my window. Even though my dad was rich i never wanted to use his money for expensive clothes or expensive items and phones. As of now i have an old Samsung which is practically gonna die anytime soon.
"Ms Kang your father wanted me to give you this"
"Thank you"
I grab the box from the lady and start unwrapping it. The ribbon softly undid its self and fell onto my lap as I then open the top of it. "A designer Jacket?" He really sneaked this for me
He knew i would reject it back at home. "What can i do now.....maybe give it to someone at the airport?"
I put the box on the seat beside me and pull the jacket back in closing it with the ribbon. I don't want to accept this.....I'm not worth it.
I pull my earplugs in and start playing some soft classical music to make me fall asleep, my eyes drifted off and the moving of the jet made me comfortable. Soon i fell asleep.
