Two days passed with no sign of them waking up. The golden hue around them started to slowly die down which made Haewon realize that their healing was almost done
"Haewon they won't awaken if you keep staring at them" Jisung teases the girl
"Noona for you dumbass" she flicks his head
"I'm the dumbas- you know what! fuck you and Renjun!" He grumbles away
Jeno passes by "Whats up with him?"
"Jealousy my friend. He is jealous that he doesn't have a soulmate"
While everyone was being talkative in the mansion, it soon died down as they all left for school.
Not a single noise was made within the house. It was peaceful once again, but it felt empty.
Seoyoon nuzzles her head more in Chenles chest as he wrapped both arms around the girl. Her eyes opened slightly but it was too bright for her to even leave it open for a second.
She tries again and sees just black. Her first thoughts were
Am I dreaming still?
Oh god what if I died?
Chenle must be dead too right?
She moves away and sees the boy peacefully sleeping, hugging her waist. It took her five seconds to fully grasp what was going on
Seoyoon screams and kicks him off the bed, he then groans and starts trying to see where the hell was he at
"What the fuck" he hisses rubbing his back before getting up and seeing the girl on his bed
"Sorry that was a reaction"
"Why are you here?"
"Do you- bro i-"
He looks at her in shock "Don't tell me.... no fucking way.... your my soulmate?"
"Y-yeah"
"Im screwed"

Seoyoon looks at her wrist once again seeing his initials that now appeared on her wrist now. Her leg was bouncing as she waited for her mother to finish eating
"What are you so anxious about?" Her mum asked
Seoyoon sighed and moved her wrist upwards "Mum I have a soulmate"
The older lady gasped "Oh my goodness! I'm so happy for you! Who is the lucky guy?"
"His name is Zhong Chenle"
Her mum smiles "Is he Chinese?"
"Yeah"
The door bell rang signaling that Haewon was here "I have to go now mum. See you after school" she gets up and throws her backpack on her arm and rushes to the door.
Once she opens it Seoyoon saw her best friend on her phone waiting. The older girl looks up and smirks "You ready?"
"No I just woke up early, came dressed for school and answered the door because it sounded fun" she sarcastically rolls her eyes
"Hurry we can't keep Jaemin waiting"
"He is here?"
Haewon nods before pulling her best friend out of her door. Seoyoon saw the black sleek car awaiting for the girls. Jaemin and Jeno seemed to be taking pictures in the front.
The girls got in the back seat and the pink hair boy looks back "Hey Seoyoon"
"Yo"
As Jeno and Haewon got into a deep conversation about how to wear headbands, Seoyoon starts looking through instagram on her phone.
The car ride was a bit chaotic but good thing they all ended up in one piece to school. Getting out the car they decided to look for Jisung, Chenle, Renjun, and Donghyuck. Seoyoon was definitely not ready to meet Chenle again after they had woken up yesterday
"Haewon... do you think.... he would uhh you know.. be okay with me being his soulmate?"
Haewon furrows her eyebrows thinking "I don't have a clue. If he doesn't like you then I will beat his ass up"
"Beat whose ass up?" The girls turn to see Renjun and the other three behind. Seoyoon looked towards Chenle but he was too busy on his phone
"That orange freak" Chenles eyes averted up to glare at Haewon "Okay clown" he responds
"Chenle watch your fucking mouth" Renjun barks
Seoyoon suppresses her smile "Didn't know Renjun was overprotective for you" she whispers to her friend
"Thank god you came a week after war zone" Jaemin pops in
"What is war zone?"
Jeno shook his head "Renjun and Donghyuck were at it with who had the better soulmate and I swear to god it was like hell"
"Please I literally was ready to leave that man" Haewon pinches the bridge of her nose
Seoyoon giggles a bit before turning her head to meet Chenles chest, which she bumped into. "What the hell" he groans
"Sorry didn't mean to..."
They both met eye contact but awkwardly look away
Haewon shakes her head "This will be a long ass story"
