From Beginning to End

Sports Festival

Yuriami POV

I walked into class and sat down in silence. No one spoke to me not exactly knowing what to say. My eyes widened in surprise seeing Dad walk in like normal. I stood up. 

"I am recovering just fine Yuri and I was cleared to come back" He explained 

I nodded and that's when Present Mic walked in. He held a wrapped box. 

"Here you go as requested one order of Yakisoba for Yuri" He said 

I was shocked as he gave me the box

"Well, you said you missed out on having lunches made for you so I asked the other staff to help me out." Dad said 

I nodded and thanked Present Mic. He left waving as I sat down. Dad talked about the sports festival coming up and how we are having it to show that we are still safe. 

2 weeks went by fast as we prepared. I worked on my physical abilities with my quirk enhancing it. The day came and we went to leave and go change but students blocked our path. They said they wanted to see the hype cause of our attack.

"What you think just we wanted that? You all are dumbasses" I said 

I walked through the crowd. 

"Hey don't you walk away from me!" I heard one yell "You guys are lucky cause of your teacher have some damn respect!" When those words were said I snapped 

"Shut up..." I mumbled 

"What still can't take the fact that dear old daddy had to-" before he finished he was hit, but not by me

When I looked I was surprised to see Bakugo standing there above him. 

"...Learn this lesson before you get hurt. Family is not your target to hurt someone" He said and walked passed me but grabbed my bag and dragged me away

"wait...Huh?!" I said 

He got us outside

"Look...I'm sorry for what I said that day. I know it's far too late and I honestly don't deserve your forgiveness...but I hope this is a start" He said 

I stood in shock. I sighed 

"what's done is done. It can't be changed but..thank you. Like you said I can't forgive you completely but this is a step to getting there" I said 

He nodded and we went to get ready. We got changed and went into our room to be called out. I clenched my fist. This is my chance to prove that I am supposed to be here. Todoroki challenge Midoryia and he retaliated with the same thing. We were called to get ready and were announced as we walked into the arena. I heard some people whisper about me as the other classes were called. Bakugo gave a "speech", basically just said he will win.

Midnight told us about the obstacle course and immediately I caught on. The door way can't hold all of us students. When she yelled start and I went into Hercules and started running and jumped high above everyone and then vanished and appeared out the tunnel and saw these robots. I started running and when Todoroki froze the robots It went to fall on me. I felt someone grab me and I gasped seeing a guy covered in steel. He started punching through the robot and got us both out. I climbed out 

"...I couldn't let you get squashed" He said 

That's when I recognized him. He was that guy from the hallway. Not the one who said the thing about my dad but he was from 1-B. 

"Thank you" I said

I teleported us down and coughed. 

"Hey hey Yuri don't push yourself" Kirishima said 

"what's up with her" the other guy asked 

I ran with them ignoring my stomach

"My teleportation quirk causes nausea" I said 

I got to the next obstacle and teleported across to different points. I kept running despite my stomach telling me to stop. I got to the end and saw Todoroki and Bakugo fighting. I looked around sighed then went to Hercules and jumped up really high. I landed right on a mind but jumped it blew up sending me flying. I landed and ran then saw Midoriya fly pass me and run. We got to the end and I teleported in front of him and took first place. As soon as they announced my name I gagged and looked around fast and grabbed a bucket and vomited into it. I coughed as the other's finished. I sat down as I was given water. 

When it calmed down Midnight explained the next round. It was a Cavalry battle. She explained how we can have up to 5 on our team but not everyone will get that opportunity. She told us that everyone was in increments of 5 points except first place. Mine is worth 10 million. My eyes widened as everyone looked at me. I gulped. Everyone was out for me now. They gave us 15 minutes to form our team. I looked around before a hand was on my shoulder and I looked back to see Todoroki. 

"Wanna be on my team?" He asked 

I looked and saw Momo, Kamanari, and Iida. I nodded 

"I will be a target tho." I said 

"I don't mind" He said 

I nodded and smiled. We got our head band and me and Todoroki got on top, todoroki being on my shoulders. 

"Oh please I can lift 500 pounds" I said 

We started and everyone came running for us. 

"Momo...we are gonna need a bucket after this" I said 

I teleported us away we started running and Todoroki grabbed bands on the way. Bakugo flew for us. 

"Hold on tight Todoroki" I said 

I teleported just me and Todoroki in the air. Bakugo got pulled back to his team and I teleported us back down and I groaned. 

"You are reaching your limit faster because you are teleporting more people" momo said 

"I'm fine" I said 

I was bluffing. I was expanding more energy to teleport everyone. We kept running and I looked up and saw Midoryia come for us. Iida took a position. 

"I am about to do something that will make me useless for this last minute" He said 

Before we can ask we shot pass midoryia and dodged his grab. Todoroki put ice around us and when Midoryia ran at us again I teleported me and Todoroki in the air again. I had to go higher as bakugo went for us as well. Time was called and I teleported back to the ground. I groaned and gagged 

"Momo...bucket.." I said 

she made one and gave it to me and i barfed in it. I coughed as they named us in first place since we held onto our headband. Iida rubbed my back as I finished barfing. Midnight gave us our match up in the tournament. I was against this guy name Kai Mano. I walked off as they started the mini games.
