Azur Lane: A Jedi's Tale

Chapter 3

Before we begin, these are Dark Jedi, not true Sith.

Everyone watched as their Commander was currently fighting two people who were using those lightsabers he told them about.

His six new apprentices and their families watched as Hanzo used two blue lightsabers to fight the dark Jedi. They watched as he jumped over a swing that was meant to decapitate him and used one of his blades to block a strike from the other.

Hanzo pushed them back and went on the offensive. He swung his lightsabers and delivered powerful strikes to one of the dark Jedi, overpowering him and severing an arm.

He was pushed away by the other one but quickly landed on his feet. He connected his two lightsabers at their pommels, turning it into a double-blades lightsaber. Everyone watching was surprised, but Hanzo didn't really care at that moment. He wanted to dispatch the dark Jedi as quickly as possible so they couldn't hurt his girls or his new apprentices.

Hanzo quickly separated the two and started to attack the one armed dark Jedi. When he noticed the other one approaching from behind, he blocked a strike and retreated from in between them. Hanzo deactivated one blade and started to run up to them.

He blocked a strike while in mid-air and landed behind the dark one who still had both of his arms. Hanzo quickly brought his lightsaber to this ones back and activated the other blade, piercing the dark Jedi from behind.

This enraged the other one, who rushed him. Hanzo also charged towards the advancing dark Jedi and raised his saber. He jumped up and flipped over the one armed man and tried to strike him, but his attack was blocked. Hanzo was force pushed away once more and hit the ground. He quickly rolled to his feet and looked towards his opponent, only to see a red lightsaber coming towards him. He quickly jumped over it and landed on his feet.

He ran towards the dark Jedi and slid under him to avoid the returning lightsaber. He spun and locked blades once more before using his own force push to put some distance between them.

The two then ran and started to do flips as the got closer to one another. The two then spun around and moved to impale the other on his lightsaber. The dark Jedi was, unfortunately, impaled on Hanzo's blade.

With the foes defending, Hanzo quickly took both their lightsabers and attached them to his belt. These two lightsabers, along with his own, would be used to help teach his new apprentices how to use a lightsaber. He locked over and saw many of the occupants of his base outside, watching his fight.

All throughout the fight, his apprentices watched with rapt attention, seeing how their new master fought. When they first got the offer, they were excited. They had a power that not many visitors of the base had. The parents were worried, but some compromises were made and the families could stay with the children on base and watch the training. So you could imagine their surprise at the skill and speed Hanzo fought at. The children wanted to be able to do that too.

With the ship girls on the other hand, they were in utter shock. Who knew their commander could fight like that. It was suddenly made clear to the Sakura Empire girls on why their commander always refused to spar with them, but was willing to give advice to some of them.

If they fought the commander, it would be over before anyone knew it. He was good. Now it just made some of them want to spar with him even more. They might lose, but they wanted to fight their commander.

Hanzo walked over to his six new apprentices and put four of his lightsabers and the two new ones in front of them. He quickly changed the safety settings on them, allowing the lightsabers to basically be training swords for the younglings.Using the force, he let it guide him on who should get what lightsaber.

Once they all had one, he looked at all of them.

"Now, keep these sabers on you at all times. We start your training tomorrow." He told them, and walked back to the main building.

Everyone looked at one another and left to either go do their own thing or dispose of the two dead bodies. His apprentices and their families quickly followed Hanzo to the building.

Also, a bit of trivia here. I used the fight scenes in these two Star Wars the Old Republic trailers as inspiration for this fight.
