NAYEON'S POV

I was just laying in bed, staring at the ceiling when my phone rings. I did not even bother leaning in to see who it was but lazily reach for it on the table near my bed.

"Hm?" I answered with no energy

"It's Tzuyu"

"Hm okay, what do you want, Tzuyu?"

wait, did she just said she's Tzuyu?

I looked at the caller I.D but it was just an unknown number. I hit my head with my hand for being so dumb.

'silly me, it's because she got my number but I didn't get hers'

"Hello? Are you still there?"

Once again, I was brought back to reality

"Yes, sorry about that. So what do you need me for?" My voice might have sounded so bored but I don't care now.

"Can we meet?" she asked

*sighs*
"Do we really have to? I'm lazy" that was half true, half lie. I am indeed quite lazy but I really don't have any motivation to meet her, I know she'll just talk about Sana or ask me to give something to her.

"Please~"

"Woah! Is that really you, Tzuyu? You look so cold from the outside but here you are, I can't believe it. Sana might probably fall for you"

'why did I said that? I didn't mean it. Sana, please don't fall for her'

"Really?!" I flinched a little at her loud reply

"Um, I guess so"

"Alright, I might as well try it. Anyway, so can we meet?"

*Sighs again*

"Send me the details, I'll take a nap for now. Bye"

I hung up immediately. Soon after, I received a text of when and where we will meet.

I named her contact as 'Alien' cause why not? I laughed hysterically.

But seriously, Alien fit her so much, she's quite weird but I love it.

After fantasizing about how the name alien fit Tzuyu so much, I took a nap.

I am currently dressing up to go to the location Tzuyu sent me earlier.

I wonder what it is this time. The thing she'll give Sana, I mean. Last time, it was the box which I assumed to be a necklace, the second one was a squirrel stuffed animal. It makes sense because my best friend is a squirrel who transformed into a human being.

While remembering those presents for Sana, I also remembered how she felt sorry for me for being the mediator between her and Tzuyu. She told me I could decline Tzuyu's favors but I refused to do so for the reason that it would be 'suspicious' and she might find out that I like her for some reason. Though I certainly want her to know. I think being the mediator also gave me the opportunity to at least be close to my love interest, right? Even if I'm not the one she's trying to pursue. My life is so tragic.
