Chapter 29 : Returning To The Way It Was

After the celebration , Dorothy, Red , Goldilocks, and Alice takes their stroll along the forest , now so pretty with butterflies flying around the beautiful, fully sprung flowers .

The first area they went was the lily pond , as they playfully splashed water at each other. With all their dresses taken off with just their natural gowns they put on afterwards.

After that , they walked into the open part of the woods with the sun shining down, with it also being the first place where it all began with them meeting each other. " I always missed our fun together " say's Dorothy " . " Well no worries , because I did as well ! " smiled Red as she picks up some flowers . " Well , how jolly I am to see the four of us happy again ! " exclaimed Alice as she hugs the three with her open arms. " Us too ! " the three said .

" Hello , my favorite girls ! " said Glinda The Good as she appears out of the long grass.
" How do you do , Glinda the Good one ! " as the four took a curtsy. Their faces changed as they realized how Glinda's face looked.
" Well , apparently I have some upsetting news" as Glinda starts letting it out " Let's just say , I know when families and parents are missing their loved ones . And Dorothy , as I hear upon my mirror, your Aunt and Uncle misses you as they said , they know a house you can stay at ! " .
Dorothy's mood then changes once she hears the news. She knew that her family was important , but what she knows as well was that her friends were her family as well.
" Oh , Dorothy ! " as Red comes up to her as she rubs on one of her arms and hugs her.
" I can't believe this is happening ! " Goldilocks says in shock.

" Yes , I truly am sorry , my Dorothy " softly spoken Glinda , as she wipes a tear from her face coming out of her eyes . " And as much I couldn't bare to see you being separated from you friends , I'll make a magic door , so in thirty minutes which will give it plenty of time to say goodbye to your best friend's. " explained Glinda , as afterwards, she holds Dorothy one last time as she tells her " Although, I will miss you " she said in a soft voice " I just know you would always come back . You've always been considered a good witch ! " as they both chuckles as they give each other a last hug. After that , she waved her wand as it appears a wooden door with flowers all around the corners with a timer on top labeling it thirty minutes till it fully gets ready for transporting.

" Well then " sighs Glinda in a happy manner " This is never goodbye , but I must wave , til we see each other again ! " as she forms her bubble as she floats away . All the girls wave as she disappears.

" But what about my scarecrow ! The Tin-Man and Lion ! " worried Dorothy. " No frights , Dorothy ! " Red says as she calms her down " They'll know later soon ".
" You know .." Alice thought " We might all want to go with you " . " Really ! " gasp Dorothy. " Yes ! " said all of them.

" My parent's would be dearly worried if they don't know where I am ! " said Alice.

" I know mines is missing me too " said Goldilocks " they'll suppose I've been looking out for more porridge " as they all giggled in a union as she says " Can't never find one for being-"
" Just Right ! " they said as they all laughed.
" And I know , if I go there , " says Red " I'll just be plain Little Red Riding Hood with my big sister and grandma ".
" Yeessss ! " magically spoke the door " BUT here's the catch ! The Wolf or any others won't no longer in your lives anymore ! "which was what all the girls can agree on.

" I'm going to miss you girls so much " Dorothy smiled as her cheeks blushed with pinkish-red.
" Yes " says Red as she holds her hand out saying " Best Friends Forever ? ". As they took a lasting moment and stacked each other's hands on top of each other as they said in unison " ...forever 💕 " as they then shared their last group hug as tears were shed.

" But , you know what ! " said Red " Let's give each other a sign " as she walks around the forest " For my sign , it'll be a deer " as Red walks up to Dorothy and explains " Whenever you'll see a deer , it'll be from the deers that come in front of my wooden house , and with that - that'll mean I thinking about you , my Kansas friend 😊 " as she hugs Dorothy around her .
" Why yes , as mine's would be a bunny rabbit " spoke Alice " one of the White Rabbit's cousin's who frolics around the green grass . Once you see them , then you know that I'm thinking about you nearby 😊 " as she touches Dorothy's red cheeks.
" How about you , Goldilocks ? " As Dorothy turned around to her. As Goldilocks walks up , and finds one of her butterflies she'll catch in the forest . She then catches one with her hand , as she kisses the top of it and say's " here's how you'll know 💙 " as the butterfly starts flying around Dorothy and up in midair.

Dorothy then speaks " And of course for mine-it'll always be- "
" -Over The Rainbow 🌈 " as the all laughed and hugged.

" Times up , you all ! " announced the door.
Finally , Dorothy gives the girls one last hug as she says with a tear dropping down her face " I love you girls so much ! "
" We'll always love you , Dorothy " says Red in a heartfelt way, as they then release .

" Tell them goodbye , ToTo " as Dorothy holds him up . " Goodbye , ToTo ! " cried Red , Goldilocks, and Alice. Toto happily barks back at them , while wagging his tail.
" We're ready now ! " told Dorothy to the door , as the door magically opens.

And one by one , the girls started transporting.
